Hosted in person in the accommodation faithful to the description. ideally located next to the Court of Aron (reception location). We did not enjoy the surroundings or the jaccuzi. Pleasant night

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

We couldn't have asked for more for our stay in La Rochelle with friends. Located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. Guillaume was very accommodating and friendly. We recommend it 200%.

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region and the island of Ré. Special mention for the pool, which the children loved! But above all, a big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome, their availability and their great kindness. It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

After the friendly welcome, we received many valuable tips from Christine for organizing our stay. The hosts created privacy for us and were still available as a contact person. The apartment was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable.
