Christina was a very welcoming host. She presented us very well the different activities available nearby and in La Rochelle. The place was very nice and functional. The only downside is the number of parking spaces, which is not sufficient for the entire residence, but there are plenty of parking spaces around.

We had a lovely stay at this rental! The accommodation is not only very good and impeccably clean, but it is also in a great location, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything has been thought out down to the last detail for our comfort: the bedding is of very good quality, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the little touches (cakes, tea, coffee) really made a difference. Colette and her husband are pleasant hosts and always available to answer our questions and give us valuable tips to take full advantage of the area. A very good welcome, a very clean and very well furnished accommodation. A small, very quiet garden to rest. Very quiet neighborhood a few meters from the seaside promenade.

A really perfect place for a couple who like a quiet stay. Two smallish squares offer very good local facilities and restaurants, while Carrefour local is only a one minute walk away, next to a cycle hire shop and a Pharmacy. The larger towns - La Flotte, Le Bois and ST Martin are all easily reached by the wonderful cycle paths.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to the city center of La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

What a great stay. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. Everything at walking distance. Enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. We have been using Airbnb for a long time but this is amongst the best places we have stayed. The location is brilliant with a private beach..,,come on! Aurelie was brilliant with great advice on local sights and restaurants Would recommend Les Viviers exceptional food. We cannot wait to come back cannot recommend highly enough. This small loft is beautiful, has all the necessary equipment and is very close to La Rochelle and all amenities. Stéphanie was always reachable very easily and was very pleasant during our exchanges. I would highly recommend it

Nice place to stay. Close to everything we wanted to see. We would agree with the comment about the uncomfortable bunk beds, but we just slept on couch. Washing machine was out of order when we arrived which was a shame since we planned to do laundry on this stop. Otherwise the location itself was nice. The apartment was clean. I would just advise that the owner send out the check out instructions earlier. They were sent in the early morning hours of on our departure date and we just got lucky that I happened to check my email.
