Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

Cozy duplex with attic bedroom on mezzanine. Bathroom completely renovated in 2022. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided for your convenience.

Enjoy a stay in this cozy studio. You will be charmed by this small haven of peace with a wooded terrace. Ideally located close to the ocean, with a bike path all along the coast, the accommodation has a bike room to make it easier to get around as well as secure parking in free space La Pallice Market is a 2-minute walk away( open every Thursday and Sunday morning). The old port and hypercenter of La Rochelle are 15 min by bike or in 10 min by car.
