We are in the country next to a blacktop road.This is a very laidback place , there are farm animals across the road at our farm. This was my moms farm house and I just want people to enjoy it as much as she did. We are close to Kincaid Lake, the local winerie, the World Shooting Complex, and hiking trails (Piney Creek Revenue). Come and enjoy a day fishing or just sitting on the back deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later build a fire and sit back and relax. Come and enjoy the country.

Gorgeous country house setting on Centennial farm with rolling hills and magnificent views. Peace and quiet is what you get. 2500 sq ft. house was recently built with space and comfort in mind with no steps on lower level to enter. Welcome inside to a vaulted ceiling with large kitchen island. Three bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level. Upstairs you will find a large master suite with a full bathroom. Lots of room to relax on separate patio just outside bedroom

The roost

Very spacious country home. Only miles away from the grand shooting complex, right next to pyramid state park, close to the towns of Pinckneyville, Du Quion, Sparta, Nashville, Mt Veron, Carbondale, and Marion. Super close to great fishing and hunting of all kinds. Great restaurants within a few minutes. Rend lake , Kincaid, crab orchard, lake of Egypt, all beautiful lakes less then 30 minutes away. Many biking and walking trails only minutes away. Many fairs, tractor shows , car shows close by
