The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

It’s a wonderful beach and beautiful surroundings. The pool was a nice size. It didn’t feel overcrowded. The balcony with the table and chairs had a great view of the ocean.

My children were extremely happy the host was so great with communicating with us about all our questions I cant wait to book again thank you

Highly recommend this condo. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The view is exquisite. Loved the pools. Not crowded. Nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella. Although we sat mostly by the water. It’s the perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend make an annual trip down to Pensacola Beach and this was our first time staying at Nancy’s place and it was perfect! Her space had all the amenities you need like beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and dishes for cooking! It’s across the street from beach and an easy walk. The pool was also a nice touch and the view of the bay from the balcony was great. All the restaurants are within a 5 minute drive with a little convenience store minutes away as well. Nancy is also super kind and gave great recommendations and had clear communication! We will definitely try to book her space for next year as well!

The location was perfect. The property was very spacious and well maintained. It was great waking up to the ocean view every morning and sitting on the huge balcony to drink coffee and read. The pool was large and we had direct access to the beach. It was a really peaceful vacation!

We go to Portofino every summer and this condo was a great pick this year. Sheila was very responsive regarding any questions or needs. Will definitely be back.

The condo unit is inside the Beach House location and directly above pool. Some pool noise on occasion but overall peaceful. Location is easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Place is very clean with a great patio. Updated furnishings. Super duper long hallway which is not a big deal but is a little interesting if you don’t have a lot of people filling up the space.

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Mermaid Cottage, everything that is posted is accurate to include images. We have been coming to Pensacola Florida for years and usually stayed at the hotels so this was the first experience we had using Airbnb and due to Ella’s hospitality we will continue to use Airbnb when we travel. Ella was very responsive when I had questions. As new empty nesters our 2 dogs are like our children and it was amazing to bring them with us to share this experience. This couldn’t have happened without the opportunity Ella provided us to bring our pets. All in all this was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend the Mermaid Cottage and Ella if you are looking for the opportunity to enjoy Pensacola Beach.

April was very accommodating, let us arrive early, responded to inquiries. The house was immaculate and very, very dog friendly. I would recommend this house 100%.

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Lou was one of the best hosts I've ever had when booking vacations on this app. He was very responsive, attentive, and always helpful with answering questions. i will be booking with him again for sure. It was a great experience, and my family had a great time. The property is exactly how it is pictured, a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Can't beat it!

Perfect what requested. Great location, every ability: living, great bath & bedroom, kitchen, elevator and comfortable. Our Host, Catalina blessed me and helped me everyone ask. Never meant anyone like her before Would be a great family get together. So many conversations set up for multiple seating and private. I would highly recommend this for everyone.

Our stay in this condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Everything was perfect for us. We did this trip for our 36th Anniversary!❤️ We were so pleased with the view of the beach! Just that alone was so relaxing and enjoyable! We will definitely be back! It’s an amazing feeling of freedom and peace. Easy to get inside with communicated instructions. Felt welcomed as we were greeted with nice peaceful music , along with bowl of fruit and snacks . We loved the layout of being on the first floor . The nook in the hall was a perfect getaway to read your favorite book . King bed mattress was very comfortable . Nice evening on the patio. Clean pool ,with an easy access from condo. Beach is within walking distance. Water was a little choppy . Reminder of how out of shape I am as I walked in the sand . I would return . It was a lovely condo with an owner , Laura, having wonderful hospitality!

Matthew was very hospitable and kind.communicated well with me upon arrival and departure. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the home as well as the area. We just went to relax and go fishing and to the beach. Plenty to do in the area also.

Leigh was a wonderful host during our stay, she was so helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had. The condo was very peaceful with views of the Blue Angels right from the pool! The condo was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Kyle was a great host. Her place is nice and a short walk to the beach.
