Beach apartment holiday rentals in Pensacola

My husband and I spent a week in this awesome condo! The location was perfect! From the room we were able to see the pool as well as the ocean. The condo was very clean and the king bed was great. We will definitely book with Lindsay again next year!!!

Mindy was a great and amazing host. We loved the condo. It was beautiful and very nice. Felt at home. Our trip was amazing. It was so relaxing. Kitchen was great to cook in. Used the grill in the gazebo. Property was beautiful and lots to do. The back patio is where we spent our evenings until late when we were not fishing. It has the most amazing view of the bay and gorgeous sunsets or for watching a storm come up. Just lovely. I could go on. We will definitely be back, best trip and time I have had and I go to Florida quite a bit. The condo is also located by restaurants and close beaches. All I can say is it was all amazing and absolutely beautiful. Thank you Mindy

This was my third stay at Emerald Isle, and the most well appointed condo yet! I’ve never seen such a well stocked place, from large bottles of bath and body products to kitchen necessities. There was even laundry and dish detergent although we brought our own. Plus it was helpful to have a pack and play and air mattress available in addition to the beds. We will be back!

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!

Perfect place for our short little stay! Cleanliness is one of my biggest requirements while staying somewhere and they definitely hit the mark here! Being on the second floor was great for location in reference to the beach, the office, and the pool. We would def come back!

This place not only our expectations but went above and beyond! The balcony was huge and had two fans allowed us to enjoy the sounds and view of the waves endlessly. There were lots of board games to play and books to read if we wanted. The two bedrooms were large allowing you to feel right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need to make all meals for anytime of the day. We made breakfast everyday and enjoyed it on the balcony. Two options of drip coffee and keurig were super convenient. We had two cars and the parking lot was always easy to find a spot. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, and toys in the closet available to use. The walk way to the beach was a ramp with no steps. There is a service where you can rent chairs/umbrellas, if you wanted. We went down to the beach around lunch time with no crowd to fight. The famous Flora-Bama was easy walking to by either sidewalk or by beach about 15-20 minutes away. Perfect place for two couples or family of 4.

Stayed here with my fiancé and my two kids (3) and (6) for a weekend beach trip. The location was beautiful and private, however we were staying on the second flight of stairs and the neighbors downstairs under our unit came up to tell us they can hear all of the walking from our unit so it made the trip feel stressful like my kids couldn’t walk around comfortably. Other than that everything was excellent! Beautiful beach views!

Had a great stay! Beautiful comfortable condo. Steps from the beach ! Lots of extras in the condo… paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, etc. And…. They gifted us a key lime pie !!!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 3 day stay! We tought everything was put well together. Clean and cluttered free. We'll be coming back for sure!

It was a great stay! We felt safe at this location. David and Kristin were very responsive. The only downside is that being on the first floor you can’t see the ocean from the back porch because of the natural dunes. However, the beach is just steps away!

Great location: three minute, easy walk to the beach. They provide high quality beach gear for your convenience. Very clean unit with all necessities stocked. Elie was very responsive and an accommodating host!

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. great place with a great view. enjoyed the 2 balconies looking out at the gulf. it was clean and just as good as described if not better as far as amenities, beach equipment and fully stocked house. it's a short walk to the beach, the only downside is if you bring lots to the beach it's 2 flights of stairs to lug things up and down but beyond that a very short walk. would come here again if staying in pensacola.

The condo was completely renovated and spotless. The views were spectacular of the beach and the intercostal waterway. We always enjoy staying at the Portifino. Looking forward to coming back soon and I will book this unit again if it is available.

This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful place. Jay and Andrea were very friendly and accommodating. This spot is perfect for a family or friends looking for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!

We go to Portofino every summer and this condo was a great pick this year. Sheila was very responsive regarding any questions or needs. Will definitely be back.

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

This was our fifth time coming to Pensacola Beach, and by far, it was our best stay ever! This condo is breathtaking when you first walk into it. It has floor to ceiling windows all around with a wrap around balcony. I cannot recommend this place enough. And the hosts are incredible to work with!

Beautiful just like the pictures! Nice for the kids to be able to go to the bay and gulf. Multiple pools and the pizza from restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were able to check in early which was nice!

Don’t look anywhere else… book this place! Suzy is very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is right on the beach, literally right by the boardwalk. We loved staying here with our young kiddos. Will definitely we back! Oh and very close to Stewby’s, our favorite restaurant for fresh seafood!
