Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Peninsula Township

The house was cute and spotless! It was the perfect place for our girls trip!

We loved our stay at this home! The host was fantastic, and the accommodations were everything we could want. The host supplied every amenity listed, plus more that you didn't even know you might need. Excellent location, very quiet, plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Traverse City.

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

We felt right at home here. It was clean and had everything we needed! She thought of all the small things like fans, black out curtains (in the kids’ room), a coffee bar, kitchen basics and even crayons/coloring books. With two small children, the games, toys and large yard were awesome! Very private and central to everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

5-Star house. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood close to East Bay and all the great beaches nearby.

What a fabulous place! Tom's house was just as described, neat, well appointed, and with lots of outdoor toys. Rent the pontoon if you can--that was the biggest treat! Everything was there that we needed, including extra toiletries which turned out to be perfect given we forgot some! Easy to spend a week here, with quick access into TC, a big screen to watch tv at night, and the great outdoors to spend the days in hiking with the dogs. We highly recommend Tom's place. He was so easy to work with and we really enjoyed our stay :-)

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

A beautiful apartment that was extremely clean and was super cute! Great location - everything was literally steps away from the door! The host was very communicative and even provided us with coffee and some local cherries from the area which was really nice. Only tip I would have for other travelers would be to make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap, and be prepared that since it is a small town, many businesses close early or on certain days of the week :)

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

We had a great time staying at Victoria’s Sutton’s Bay retreat! Her place was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect… across the street from the beach, boutiques and restaurants as well as easy to drive to wineries and all of the wonderful towns. We had the pleasure of meeting Vicky. She was readily available if we needed her help and to answer any questions. We highly recommend this Air B&B and hope to return!

Everything was great, everything was clean, well organized and accurate according to descriptions. The hosts were good to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we know they were available for any questions. They also checked in the morning after check- in to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area!

Our group of four loved our stay at Mary Ann's Traverse City home - spacious, comfortable and pristine. We especially enjoyed the patio to unwind after a long day sightseeing.

Being right in the commons was a fun experience. You walk out the door and restraunts, bars, shops just a short walk away. But all the while the place is very quiet and never felt like there was much around when inside. very short drive to downtown Traverse City. We were going to bring our dog and Fernando was very much accommodating for that. It was 100 degrees out and the place was nice and cool. Would definitely stay here again.
