Waterfront holiday rentals in Península, Punta del Este

Great location. It's all close by. Beautiful building, easy check in and check out. We were in 4 adults and accommodated well. One bedroom has air and double bed and one with a fan and two single beds. Apartamento was clean. It has a garage. We already knew about the fees , but to help… at check out you have to pay $10 and 300 pesos per person, I paid $10 + 1,200 Uruguayan weights of energy fee and laundry. I would stay in the apartment again.

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

Freddy's airbnb is in a prime location, there are many shops and restaurants nearby that can be easily reached by walking, as well as having an imposing view from all the rooms. We loved it, super recommended!

Perfect modern building and amenities in the old part of town. Views of the marina, light house, island and city, two great pools, gym, sauna and multiple sundecks. Some of the top restaurants and music in town literally a block away. Best part was a great host who went out of her way to check in and educate on things to do making the stay super pleasant. Punta del Este, it’s self was super clean and the people very accommodating.

It has three single beds with sheets and blankets for all, they are separated into two rooms, but without a dividing door. It has a very large balcony. the hot water worked very well, everything was tidy. Access is very easy because you pick up and leave the key at the 24-hour reception, so it is not necessary to coordinate arrival time.

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place and great host

The stay was very nice. We were the end of tourism and we spent very quiet taking advantage of the patio in the hours of solcito, and the stove when it was already starting to cool down. There is a lot of nature around, at night you hear the waves of the sea and in the morning you wake up with the singing of the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, they were available, making sure we were comfortable. As for the area, it is quiet, there is a supermarket 5 blocks away, a warehouse 2, and a bakery 24hs 10 blocks (very rich and complete). As shown in the photos, there is a garden that we used with respect and care, accompanying the pizza with fresh basil. There are two cuddly and friendly dogs that come by to say hello and do some company if they see you outside but never enter the house because they are very respectful. Meets everything you need to disconnect from the routine of the city.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

The location is unbeatable! The apartment is well appointed and has everything a family needs.

Had an amazing few days here. The place is beautiful and the terrace is amazing especially with the warm weather. Great location close to the beach, but also places to relax and swim on the complex if you’re feeling lazy. Hope to be back :)
