Very nice place, super central with shops and restaurants very close by. Just blocks away from the beaches! The apt clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for to spend the week in PdE! Felipe is always attentive to answer any questions and very flexible for check-in and out!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

We had an amazing time with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with a spectacular view, very complete and clean! We used the pool that was very hot! The concierges are very attentive and very well treated! We would definitely choose this place again!

A great place to stay in Punta del Este. And Lucas was a brilliant host - responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bedroom has a good sized bed that is super comfortable. The bedroom also has a desk and table which was perfect for my 7pm Teams call which didn’t disturb my husband in the lounge room. The bathroom had soft fluffy towels, great hot water and pressure, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen had a stove, oven and fridge/freezer - perfect for heating up meals and storing ice cream. Gym and pool in the building. Parking is available inside the building but was a little scary for us (big car and we are used to driving on the other side of the road) - it was very easy and safe to park on the street so we did that after day one (the parking inside has you driving in and out of a car lift). The photos match exactly. And if you are looking for a brilliant bakery - we discovered Baipa - and they make incredible and fresh focaccia!

Our stay at the accommodation was perfect✨🫶. Clara was very kind at all times, and even allowed us to stay a little longer to fully enjoy our weekend. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, very nice and with all the amenities, the entrance to the building is easy even if you come at night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED without a doubt 🩷✨

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. The place is beautifully decorated and has the most wonderful view. You can hear the waves hitting the rocks. It is super relaxing. At the same time is very conveniently located with many super mice restaurants and cafes at walking distance and a supermarket just a block away. The kitchen has all the essentials and bedrooms have really good blackout curtains.

All great. Amazing view, all good quality and working. The architecture of the apartment is a little strange, you need to walk a little from the second room to the bathroom, but nothing that affects the experience The cleaning service is interesting, but very superficial, they do not wash the dishes or change the towel, it is forgetting to go in 2 days, when I came in direct contact with the cleaning lady and concierge. It would return quietly and recommend it to others.

The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Agustín's apartment. Super well located, amazing sea view. We liked to cook very much, and the kitchen had all electros and utensils. Parrilla was super approved as well. We'll be back for sure!!!

Juan Ignacio's apartment a jewel, in a building of years but that remains beautiful! The apartment is the same, it is an apartment with its years but it is beautiful , well preserved, functional and has everything you need. Equally, only the wonderful views it has in the living room and from the bedroom windows make the stay worth it. Huge convenience to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are AA in all environments, excellent wifi, smart TV with cable in living room dining room and master bedroom. The beds with very comfortable mattresses and pillows the same, big placares. The maid service is a differential. The host Juan Ignacio is very friendly, responds quickly and gives all the instructions for entry, excellent host. The building's goal staff is excellent, being very easy to check in and check out. The unbeatable location 50 meters from Gorlero surrounded by everything you need. Spectacular our stay!
