Great location. It's all close by. Beautiful building, easy check in and check out. We were in 4 adults and accommodated well. One bedroom has air and double bed and one with a fan and two single beds. Apartamento was clean. It has a garage. We already knew about the fees , but to help… at check out you have to pay $10 and 300 pesos per person, I paid $10 + 1,200 Uruguayan weights of energy fee and laundry. I would stay in the apartment again.

Beautiful place. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Everything works great, lots of light. You can cook everything. Ismael very attentive if we needed anything. Very friendly. We had a great time. We went with my teenage daughters and took a lot of activities to do. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

We had a very nice weekend, we thought it was a very good option and very complete. Everything is very neat and with all the services. The attention from the hosts was very good, and they gave the necessary instructions. No doubt we will return another time!

My husband and I stayed at Paula’s place for 2 weeks and loved every minute.! Check in was really easy and received a lot of information regarding the pool ,clubhouse and activities that were happening there. The apartment is perfect. Very clean, stocked kitchen with utensils for cooking a meal. The balcony is the star of the apartment! The view is amazing and watching the sunset with a glass of wine every night was incredible. Best sunset view ever! The complex is quiet and well kept and the cleaning service was a plus. Fantastic stay and highly recommend staying here !

This was the second time we stayed in the apartment. The sea views are spectacular, the apartment is clean and as shown in the photos. Fabio is a very kind host and is always attentive. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

We arrived early and sweet Diego allowed us to get in a little earlier since our kids were all exhausted from a very long trip. He was kind, welcoming, so wonderful and thoughtful. Quick to response. This house was cozy which is nice when visiting the area in the winter. There were heaters in each bedroom and a nice fireplace we enjoyed together. Wood was abundant. We had 3 young kids so it was so nice to have a fenced in yard and only 3 blocks away from a beach. It's a beautiful place and everyone is so friendly. It's important to have space when you travel with kids. We are on a semi busy road but everyone stops driving early into the night so it was nice. The house is old but we are staying in another home now to try a different place and Diego's house was so much better- modern is not alway best here in the winter! We miss his house!

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Just one word: GREAT !!!!! If I could give a "six" I would give, but I have to stick to a "five". Everything was excellent: apartment incredible, Eduardo special, neighbourhood just wonderful. I definitely recommend the place, and I hope to be back soon.

The accommodation has been thought out down to the smallest detail. Everything worked and was in perfect condition. We stayed with two girls and they loved the apartment. The building's amenities are varied and of good quality. The indoor pool and the girls' playroom are highlights. In addition, the building staff are very attentive and friendly. We'll be back.

We really liked the apartment and Dinorah was always very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would consider next time I choose a place to stay is to ask if the windows have child protection. In the case of this apartment, there wasn't any, and it was a bit stressful with two small children. The rest was great. In front of the building there is a very tasty bakery, excellent for quick breakfasts and lunches.
