Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pendle District

We booked this for a family of 8 and two little ones. The indoor/outdoor living is brilliant and the space was perfect for everyone to do what was needed without us being on top of each other! Very clean space, quick response times from hosts who were extremely accommodating. The location is great with lots of choice of activities in the surrounding areas for all ages!

Such an amazing house in a location close to Pendle Hill and Fence Gate Inn and surrounding suburbs. Stayed here once before and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Pristine and has everything you need. Spacious and we enjoyed every part of it. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place, excellent conversion full of character. Beautifully clean, had everything we needed and more. The tour round the mill was fascinating and the local area, pub included, was great. We would have no hesitation in recommending or booking again.

Martin's place is a great place to stay to explore the Yorkshire Dales. It is convenient for the local shop and bus stop. It would be a great place for children to stay as there is large playing field at the back of the property. The back yard is a great sun trap with a table and two chairs. Parking is a bit tight but we always had a spot outside of the house. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We’ve had a fantastic week at Jim and Jen’s cottage which is in a great location for walking the dog, Jim was a great host and recommended some lovely walks with amazing views, The cottage was cosy and felt like home from home and the welcome pack was lovely too

Great place to stay for a couple of weeks for work, very homely and had all I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious big bath and the patio garden is very nice too.

Jacqueline's space strikes a great balance between cozy (I think that would be be cosy in the UK) and carefully curated. I am sorry we only got to stay one night, because I think it would be a great place to relax and unwind. She has provided everything one might need to be comfortable and prepared to cook and eat--including some breakfast items, teas and coffees. The furnishings and art are lovely, highly personal and well coordinated. The whole vibe is still just so much about comfort! Jacqueline gave us some ideas around eating dinner out, and we found some other spots on our own, including a small local market for sparkling water, wine, etc. We could not have asked for a better experience in Colne.

10/10, wonderful place to relax & have a day off from life. Enjoyed every moment. TV worked, which was a massive bonus. Everything was as described, worth every penny. Will be back soon. Thank you.

3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

We had a truly wonderful stay at Frank’s apartment. The flat is beautifully decorated, cosy, and incredibly welcoming - a perfect base for exploring Colne. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning; as a big fan of stone Victorian terraces with their charming sloped roofs, I really appreciated the elevated perspective that I’ve never experienced before. Frank was a fantastic host, and I’d be more than happy to book with him again in the future. Highly recommended!

A charming well appointed little apartment. It was beautifully clean and tidy. If Main Street Haworth is your focus it’s quite a steep walk to get there but worth it. Having free parking so close is a real bonus. Dealing with Ruth was easy and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

What can I say. This host goes above and beyond. I mentioned we were going to celebrate my wife’s birthday and there was banners, balloons and a cake when we got there with her favourite music playing also. These were lovely touches I have not seen before using Airbnb. Also Stocked drinks fridge, essentials in the fridge. Clear instructions on everything in the flat. Made it feel like. Home from home. We will definitely be coming back Thanks

The Loft is a delightful base for exploring Malhamdale and the surrounding area - really well equipped, spotlessly clean, and with friendly hosts Wendy and Gordon just over the road. I enjoyed Wendy's recommended walk from the door, up the farm track onto Hanlith Moor. From Weets Top I turned left, walked down the road to Gordale Scar (fantastic limestone gorge), and along Janet's Foss to meet the Pennine Way, then left to complete the circuit. 5 miles or so, perfect! There are many other walks locally, including to Malham Cove. And the moorland road from Kirkby Malham to Settle is a stunning drive, with various walks possible. The Victoria in Kirkby Malham has good food and a selection of ales - recommended. Wonderful to be back in the Dales (after 45 years!). I was extremely happy when I saw this apartment. It looks brand new with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Spotlessly clean. Minimalistic furnishings but everything one needs.Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed, all be it rather squeaky ! Delightful bathroom with large walk in shower. Rachel kindly phoned me to check my time of arrival and was very friendly. What I found most convenient was having a taxi company right outside the front door and they are very cheap to use. I had no complaints at all and my friends who live in Haworth will be recommending this apartment to all their guests. Thank you Rachel.

Loved our second stay here! A really cute and cosy little stay in a brilliant location. You’ve got everything you need in the property, as well as everything you need in town. Lovely walks nearby, especially along the river and up into the woods. Host was lovely and had great communication. Will be back.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

What a wonderful place, hidden gem. Angela and Stuart the owners are lovely people and were really kind and welcoming to us. Beautiful views, spotless flat, unreal sauna, they have thought of everything and the fine details are all there. Highly recommend staying here!

Apartment was so lovely and in a gorgeous neighbourhood....just as described. Very much home from home. Very clean and tidy. Loved the array of wine glasses 🍷 😉 Nice touches like crisps and pods for the coffee machine being left for us to use. Within an easy 20/25 mins into nearby Whaley with lovely bars and restaurants. Marsha was very friendly, flexible and accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had..Would most certainly Very much recommend 😀
