Holiday rentals with a patio in Pender County

Alisha was great to deal with and for the price of her unit, you cannot beat it! One block away from a beach access and the house is spacious and very beautiful on the inside!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

Highly recommend this spot while in town! Matthew was very friendly and brought us an iron within 30 minutes. Hampstead Kiwanis Park is close by for easy access.

Stacey was super responsive to all messages--before and after booking, and during our stay! The condo was clean and a great layout for a couple to enjoy. There are a combo of regular and pocket doors to make it work for a party of more than two. The kitchen is beautiful and convenient. There are many comfortable seating options in the living room and wonderful balcony. The view, grounds, and beach are very beautiful and we very much enjoyed our FIRST visit to coastal NC! Mid-October found the ocean and pool (still open!) chilly but we got in both on the warmest days of our stay. We loved being able to walk a mile down the beach to Daddy Mac's Beach Grille. We walked down the road to High Waters Bar and Grill one day and wished there were more sidewalks. Both places were great for dinners.

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Great location, plenty of space for my family and I. Convenient ground level spot, easy for less mobile or handicapped folks. One thing I like to see in an AirBNB is more than one hand towel for kitchen use. The rest of the unit was very accommodating!

This is a great place to get away. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good view. I would definitely come here again and the owners are always responsive.

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

Booked for my daughter & her bridesmaids getaway weekend. The house was perfect for her group; would definitely recommend this home to eveyone I know. P.S....they had fantastic time and made some great memories.

This neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed. The location was great and all the activities we planned on doing were all nearby too!I appreciated the quantity of laundry/dish pods they put out for us to use and the beach blankets/towels(thank you again).We would definitely come back!

I highly recommend staying here! The house was exactly as pictured and we felt right at home. My 9 year old even said he’s never felt so at home somewhere. It was pristinely cleaned and more than we could have hoped for booking last minute. It was very kid friendly with all the games and beach toys and a great backyard for them to run around! Will definitely stay here again in the future! The hosts had excellent communication and were so kind!

this house was absolutely amazing. It felt like a home. Everything was so comfortable. hosts were very nice. A whole fence backyard with toys and surfboards for the kids. Games and more this is perfect for a family trips really close to the beach less than 20 minutes away. Perfect house.

We had a great stay in Wilmington attending a family wedding. This house was in a very convenient location, close to everything yet in a walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend!

This was one of my all time favorite Air BNBs! It’s is adorably furnished and ridiculously comfortable. It did feel like visiting my grandmother’s house. ❤️Ashley was very friendly and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. We would have stayed longer as we are waiting on the closing of a home purchase, but sadly, it was booked for the extended time period we needed. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a graduation event and had a fabulous time. My family of five were comfortable in this peaceful location. This listing is close to all the popular locations. The house was clean and ready for us. The hosts were outstanding. Both of them were extremely responsive and very kind. We will look to stay in this location again next year. Hands down, probably our best Airbnb experience thus far. Sherry, the host, is a rockstar! She gave us so many recommendations and was so sweet and kind and responsive! Couldn’t ask for a better host! Condo location is perfect-beach access is just steps away. Proximity to restaurants and stores is super convenient. Private beach access just for condo guests is a game changer. This is a gated community and very safe. Condo was clean, stocked and exactly as pictured. Pool is very clean also with lots of seating. This was our first trip to Surf City and we scored with this place. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful location in Surf City and close to everything, even walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee places like Sundial. Great space for families and for staying in and cooking. Really enjoyed the porch and having laundry facilities available. Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to the beach. The "condo" is located in a motel which threw me off but other than our drunk neighbors fighting on our first night, the stay was great. There is laundry on the premises but if the door isn't left open you can't get in without a keyboard, which you don't get because the condo is not a part of the building, technically, but if its open they will let you use it. Great food and shops around. Overall great stay.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Stacey was a wonderful host who was prompt and responsive when we reached out to her. The condo was very clean and thoughtful. Included extra pet supplies for our pups as well as other supplies for us that helped us throughout the week. The condo had a nice view from the deck and was walking distance to the beach and many amenities. Check in was incredibly simple and we experienced no issues throughout our stay. Would happily stay here again in the future!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The short walk to the pool and the beach was awesome. All cooking utensils and even general seasonings were available to us. Fresh linens were provided and beach towels. Best Airbnb we have been too! Jamie was a wonderful host and her place is beautiful. Everything is stocked, clean, and organized which makes it feel so home-y. Our pup also loved the place! The cookies and snacks were a sweet touch! It was in a perfect location with the beach being right there, multiple restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We visited the daily grind every morning for breakfast. We will be back for sure!
