Holiday rentals with beach access in Pender County

The condo was exactly as described and matched the photos. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was better stocked than any place we have ever stayed. Richard is an excellent communicator and the instructions left nothing unanswered. He responded very quickly to my questions! We would highly recommend this condo!

Kelly is a fantastic host answering all questions we had and had the best informative guide I’ve ever seen through Airbnb renting, the location was also great! The beach is right at the Airbnb! The pool was nice, it did have a lot of trash in the bottom and unfortunately we did have a very loud neighbor rooming right above us. The room itself was very clean, and just like the pictures, very easy to walk to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

Had a great stay here for 4 days at the beach. Pool was convenient and super nice. Easy walks to the beach. The place was super clean everything that we needed. Will definitely stay again!

Highly recommend this spot while in town! Matthew was very friendly and brought us an iron within 30 minutes. Hampstead Kiwanis Park is close by for easy access.

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

Great location, plenty of space for my family and I. Convenient ground level spot, easy for less mobile or handicapped folks. One thing I like to see in an AirBNB is more than one hand towel for kitchen use. The rest of the unit was very accommodating!

We had an incredible time in Topsail over Memorial Day Weekend. Joe’s condo was the perfect size for my wife and I, my mother in law, and our pup. Location was incredible and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo had everything we need and was clean and well furnished. Worth noting there are a few flights of stairs to get to the living area, but that didn’t deter us! Hope to be back again soon.

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect — less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and walkable distance to several restaurants. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It had plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax comfortably. There were lots of thoughtful amenities, including a nice grill that we used several times, and the parking situation was easy and convenient. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

This house is very neat and tidy. All appliances were clean and worked. The kitchen and living room are very large. Perfect if you have a family with you. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. There is an outdoor screened patio and a grill. It is a very nice place to stay!

We enjoyed a romantic weekend walking on the beach, cooking and swimming in the ocean. We look forward to returning to Duneitright in the future!

The Sun Dog was the perfect place to stay! It was very peaceful had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

We had a great time a took advantage of the beautiful weather and took the kayaks out! Loved that it was within walking distance of the beach and sound.

We booked this Airbnb last minute and the morning of we were told at like 8 AM we could check in whenever so check-in was flexible. When we got there, the place was very clean and really pretty. I liked all the colors and it had a very beachy feel. I don’t know how to describe it but it smelled and felt like a home. You can use hotspot for the tv which is what we did to watch some shows because it did rain the days we were there. We did end up going to the beach when it was raining and that was fun. If there were any problems at all, Robb was very fast to respond. The only cons are there is no Wi-Fi but I still give five stars because there’s lots of other things to do then be on Wi-Fi, and the water smells like sulfur but it wasn’t that bad. I wish I could give this place more stars. It deserves it and we will be back! Thanks for having us 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at Callie’s Harbor on Topsail Island! It truly felt like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach equipment, games, and books. The amenities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The location was perfect—peaceful, convenient, and just a short walk to the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and make memories. And a huge thank you to our host, Conally, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it made all the difference. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Alan was one of the best hosts we’ve had. There were a couple issues with the original condo booked and Alan did everything he could to correct things. We love the Surf Condos and plan to go back.

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

The place was perfect for all our needs. We were close to the beach. The unit was well decorated comfortable and clean. Callie was very responsive to any of our requests. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Ashley is an excellent hostess! Her details are spot on and she is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo was as she described and offered a great location with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and the beach while being more private and in a more quiet area. Highly recommend any property Ashley lists and highly recommend the condo!

This was a great beach condo, walkway to lots of the food and attractions in Surf City. The public beach access was right down the road and they had beach chairs and an umbrella that we could use!
