Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pembroke Park

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rick & Claud were very accommodating and sweet! I stayed at their guest suite for six weeks and felt at home. They were very responsive whenever I needed anything. Everything worked in the unit as stated. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water gets HOT which I loved. Although it was a mini fridge, it held a good amount of food for my six week stay. The neighborhood was also nice! It’s about 5 mins from FIU for students. I took a walk to get my 10k steps in and felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

The property was pristine. I highly recommend booking. You will not regret it. Kid friendly as well. The backyard is very spacious. One word to describe the backyard would be perfect! The family and kitchen area were absolutely great! This place has everything you need and more! There were restaurants and convenience stores just minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet as in the neighbors. One thing I loved waking up to were the peacocks. They were beautiful. The host is very responsive. Experience it for yourself!

Great loft with private entrance. The local boutique coffee shop around the corner was great (Wells Coffee) and the are is up-and-coming with new breweries and bars around the corner. We walked multiple times to downtown and Olas Blvd and felt very safe. If Uber’ing my recommendation when being dropped off is to set your arrival location to the alley behind the house, since at first it’s not apparent where to find the alley (it’s parallel, not perpendicular, to the street address ) but Nichole’s directions for locating it and getting in are Excellent (step by step guide with photos)!

Love the place. clean and beautiful

We knew we were in for a treat from the moment we stepped into this beautiful home. The private pool was pristine and inviting, perfect for daytime relaxation and evening swims. The king-sized bed offered unparalleled comfort, ensuring restful nights throughout our stay. We especially loved the hammock—it became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset reflections. The outdoor BBQ area was a delight. Grilling under the stars and dining al fresco added a special touch to our evenings. The home's location is ideal—just a short drive to the vibrant city scene and the serene beach, yet it feels like a secluded oasis. Christina was exceptional, providing clear communication and thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a Fort Lauderdale getaway!

The house was beautiful and spacious it came with everything we needed as family To enjoy our stay. We were close to everything and the pool was super clean and heated. We would definitely book again in the future thank you !

Beautiful beach condo. Great access to elevators and laundry! Convenient in and out parking. Liliana was a lovely hostess and very helpful during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This spot is perfect and will now be one of our go to vacations. 30 second walk to beach. Peaceful, private and felt at home. Right next store to cafe and wine garden. What’s not in walking distance you can catch the circuit (golf cart uber) for practically nothing. At least half of the people we talked to have been coming here regularly and also had wonderful things to say. We even extended our stay! Marianela made our trip go from great to the best, she really cares about the property and people. We had zero issues and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to settle in right away. Diego and the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect—both convenient and absolutely beautiful. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This property was the perfect selection for our group of 13. The property is just as described and very clean. The pictures don’t do it any justice, it is even better in person. The home is so big and spacious. The kitchen is big and open to allow for everyone to gather. The rooms are spacious and situated throughout the house perfectly to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is an additional full size bed in the master bedroom with the king bed. We are looking forward to booking in the future!

A+++ experience! Aaron was an amazing host. Two thumbs up! He was friendly, but gave me space and privacy. I stayed for 7 nights. He was responsive and great with communication. There was some rain and he made sure it didn’t affect my stay by providing extra towels and clearing the roof. I also appreciate the morning snacks each day. His place has all the essentials and was a safe walkable distance to Mary Brickell Village. I will be back!
