I had a great time at Darcy's home! She is incredibly detail-oriented, with her guests' comfort and ease at the heart of everything. The space is spotless, serene, and filled with thoughtful touches—including delicious tea. Her partner Stephen brings a calm, kind presence that adds to the warm atmosphere. Outside, the backyard is a little ecosystem of magic: dragonflies hover like tiny helicopters at dusk, fireflies sparkle among the trees, and a magnificent crepe myrtle is currently in full bloom. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat—I highly recommend it!

Ronald and Erika went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! lIf you are looking for a quiet and quaint little place to stay that feels like glamping in its finest with all the amenities, the Lake Dallas Lighthouse is exactly what you need. It's ADORABLE! We came to the area for me to go to my doctor's appointments for my upcoming mastectomy and we wanted a quiet place to come back and rest in. This was exactly what I needed to be a peace while I start this journey! I would recommend anyone wanting the same atmosphere to check this place out! Ronald and Erika will take great care of you!

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to get away from work and just sit and relax on the back deck. We saw a bunch of ducks, cranes and even the deer on the shoreline. It was very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. Fishing was fun as well. caught a couple nice sized catfish.
