Het huis van Marie is echt de moeite wanneer je rust en kalmte wil. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en te ontspannen. Voor de kinderen is er vanalles te ontdekken in het huis. Een mooi ingericht, praktische woning van een vriendelijke verhuurder. Echte aanrader!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison dans laquelle il est très agréable de cuisiner, nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine et la nature environnante. Je pense que nous allons revenir.

Logement conforme aux descriptions. Piscine chauffée et terrasse très agréable. Environnement calme, paysage magnifique. Pas de commerce dans le village (un dépôt de pain), boulangerie à 10 min et centre commercial à 20 min. Nombreuses ballades et point de vue autour de la maison. Très proche de la rivière Le fier avec plages et baignade possible. 25 min de la Clusaz avec une multitude d'activités (rando, VTT, canyoning, escalade, luge....). Emmanuelle est très réactive aux demandes. Excellent séjour en famille.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Great villa, nice view, very close to cycling area. The place fully matches the house description. Responsive and efficient service from La Conciergerie answering quickly all our requests and helping with local advises.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war bei dem herrlichen Wetter, das wir über die gesamten 14 Tage hatten, ein echtes Highlight. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Bikes waren ein absoluter Gewinn – damit konnten wir viele wunderschöne Touren in die Umgebung unternehmen und die Landschaft genießen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt unserem Gastgeber Paul, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Zur Begrüßung gab es köstliche lokale Kekse und eine Flasche Wein – eine sehr schöne und persönliche Geste, die uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund unterwegs und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für Reisende mit Vierbeinern ideal. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Julien hat meinem Bruder und mir sein Appartement für einen mehrtägigen Motorradurlaub zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben hervorragend ausgestattet, toll gelegen und dazu ruhig und bietet vollständige Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Julien ist immer freundlich interessiert an unserer Zufriedenheit, sprach hilfreiche Tourempfehlungen aus und kann stets pragmatische Hilfestellung bieten. Diesen Urlaub würde ich komplett genau so wiederholen. Und auch für meinen nächsten Wanderurlaub ist diese wundervolle Region mit Juliens tollem Appartement eine sehr ernst zu nehmende Option! Jederzeit gerne wieder zu Gast bei Julien.

Magnifique chalet,superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , environnement calme et paisible ,très cocooning, aménagement original, décoration épurée et chic. Plusieurs balcons pour se poser et admirer la vue. Terrasse à l'arrière du chalet bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients, sont réactifs, disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Avons passé une magnifique semaine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est fidèle à la description de l’annonce et on s’y sent comme chez soi. Lise à été très réactive à nos demandes. Pour résumé un excellent séjour en famille à la montagne.

Notre semaine en famille s’est très bien passée. Le chalet est proche du centre, nous pouvons y accéder à pied ! Les pistes sont à quelques mètres également ! Nous y retournerons si on a l’occasion. Merci Kate

Axelle's house is really amazing; everything anyone can ask. Beautiful, big, with nice facilities, fully equipped, in a nice and quite village. It was the second time we booked and stayed at Axelle's house and for sure we will go back next year. Axelle was really nice and friendly, and very easy to communicate for whatever we needed during our stay. I fully recommend it. 5 stars for sure!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Nous sommes restes trois jours dans l’appartement qui est très bien situé, tout près du lac d’Annecy. L’appartement est très bien équipé et nous étions très à l’aise. Il y a beaucoup d’activités à faire dans la région de Talloires comme Via Ferrata, Canyoning, Accrobranche, randonnées, vélos, navigation sur le lac, etc. Camille était très disponible et répondait vite à nos demandes. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésitations.

Logement avec un très grand espace intérieur agréable à vivre et fonctionnel . Jardin apprécié par les enfants . Attention à l accessibilité de l etage pour personne âgée , femme enceinte et petit enfant l escalier est raide , mais ne nous a pas déranger .

Great stay for 4 of us - had everything we needed. Very modern and comfortable place with great views of the mountains. Having 2 full bathrooms was a good convenience. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

Bu evde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Ev son derece temiz ve konforluydu. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüş ve eksiksiz bir şekilde karşılanmıştı. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için her şey mevcuttu ve oturma alanı oldukça rahattı. Konumu da oldukça iyiydi; sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamda keyifli vakit geçirdik. Ev sahibi de son derece nazik ve iletişimi güçlüydü, her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldu. Evdeki tek eksik saç kurutma makinesi yoktu.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.
