We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

Wat een heerlijke week hebben wij gehad in Villa Leonika in november. Wat een fijn ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt in de rustige en mooie wijk La Sabatera en het is 20-25 minuten lopen naar de haven van Moraira en het strandje Playa l’Ampolla. In dit oude gedeelte van Moraira zijn een paar leuke en gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes. De grote markt op vrijdag is een aanrader. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, wij hebben een perfecte week gehad.

Probably the best airbnb I ever booked - it was perfect end to end 1) the property is stunning, even the great pictures from the listing don’t do it justice 2) super friendly hosts, very helpful from the beginning, providing local recommendations 3) very well equipped: all kitchen / swimming pool ustensiles were available. The host also let coffee, olive oil, pepper, salt and all necessary condiments at our disposal ! 4) the area around the property is also very beautiful and quiet. With great walks starting a few meters away from the property

WOW! The views are absolutely stunning! We spent 9 nights here and we wish we has booked longer. The villa was lovely and Johannes communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

We were 5 guys on a tennis trip. The house was PERFECTLY located from the tennis club. The house was really nice. Had everything we needed. The place was very clean, the beds were great. Everything was pretty much perfect. Alison was a great hostess, answered the one question I had and even went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed to maximise the stay. All her instructions were clear and the whole experience was amazing. I hope to come back next year (if my body ever recovers from 14 hours of tennis in 3,5 days)!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

Given that most of the time you spend at a Villa is outside, then it's nice to have an attractive garden, but Rob's garden was lovely - Beautiful oleanders in full bloom, a lovely old and gnarled olive tree and a very good swimming pool, with plenty of places to get some shade. The outside fridge was very handy for an emergency beer at around midday! The easy parking for 2 4x4 cars in the shade was a real bonus. The parking was also very secure, as was the rest of the property. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, including a massive fridge and equally sized freezer. All spotlessly clean, with a very efficient dishwasher. There were 5 adults and a toddler in our group. I would say that 3 couples and 2 children would be the ideal fit, although there is a pull-out bed for a 3rd child. The walk to then old town was pleasant, lined with orange groves and took 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We tried 5 different restaurants and they were all to a very good standard.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Hans et Dilana ont été très réactifs et accueillants. La maison était conforme aux photos, propre, spacieuse, bien décorée et équipée de tout l’électroménager nécessaire. À seulement 25 minutes d’Alicante et de Benidorm, la localisation était idéale pour nos déplacements. Merci encore !

Beautiful villa, gorgeous furniture and pool. Plenty of space for large family of 12. Outside kitchen was amazing! Marcel our host always responsive. Stunning holiday home with great WiFi speed. Beautiful gardens and views of the mountain. Very thoughtful hosts left some drinks and cava. For our arrival. Thank you. Children loved the table tennis. Good laundry facilities. Only negatives are that there were no hand towels for drying hands in any bathrooms and not enough tea towels in the kitchen for 12 people. Only 2 provided. Fridge was not cold enough and food spoiled quickly. Very very very difficult to get taxis anywhere in Denia , so get ready for lots of walking. Restaurant down the road is fabulous, huge food portions, tasty cuisine and lovely staff. Overall and fabulous holiday!

A very contemporary villa, spacious and private, lots of bathrooms for a big group of people, every room has a stunning view! Well equipped with all you need. We had a wonderful family holiday and spent precious time together with enough space to not be on top of each other. The pool and outside space is lovely too. Would love to return one day !

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison en Espagne ! La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le gros plus : la piscine, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We loved from the minute Annick took us into the house. First impressions were that we felt at home. Beautiful house, gardens and the sparkling pool. Comfortable inside with great furniture in the lounge/diner. Kitchen was provided with ample crockery, utensils, etc. Utility room a god send with washer and dryer. Bedrooms and bedding really first class. The garden outside is tranquility of peace and quiet and very much to our liking. Lots of sun beds and chairs that could be moved to catch the sun. We didn’t bother with much sight-seeing, only visiting the local shopping mall for groceries and a coffee. Great response, Annick was always on hand to fix any queries we had. We loved it so much we have already booked for a longer stay next year. Can’t wait.

Nos hemos alojado tres matrimonios, con niños pequeños y todo genial. Los espacios comunes e individuales perfectos, así como la amplitud del jardín, la piscina climatizada da mucho juego, aunque en Semana Santa, los 26 grados se quedan cortos, habría que subirla un poquito. La limpieza ideal y la Villa dispone dispone de todo lo necesario en cuanto a enseres de hogar y electrodomésticos. Lo único que mejoraria es el mobiliario, ya que tanto los sofás como los colchones de matrimonio están bastante desgastados y se hunden y para nosotros el descanso es muy importante. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. Rien ne manque ! la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit paradisiaque, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, sa situation à flanc de montagne nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées. La piscine a été un vrai régal avec cette chaleur ! Je recommande vivement. Séjour parfait !

La casa era tal y como se muestra en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables, incluso Karen nos facilitó unos detalles que no estaban incluidos en el anuncio, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Camas cómodas, piscina espectacular, muy limpia y atendida, espacio exterior para barbacoa, comer y pasar ratos después de cenar. Muy buena comunicación con Karen, lo único que podemos decir es que es un alojamiento recomendable 100x100, y que sin duda repetiríamos.

Una estancia única. La piscina de lo mejor de la casa. La ubicación en un lugar tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse y desconectar de una forma real. Casa totalmente equipada para pasar un verano inolvidable! Y sobre Thomas, que siempre está shy para lo que necesites. 100% recomendable.

We totally loved staying at Emmanuel’s beautiful house. It was perfect for me and my family. The surroundings and the house were perfect and we felt so welcomed and at home. All communication was excellent- we will definitely come back. Thank you Emmanuel
