Very welcoming, safe and clean. Felt very comfortable and was peaceful and quiet, which helped while I attend graduate school. I appreciated very much the easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend and is one of my favorites to stay! It worked perfectly for my situation while I attend school.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxe33 Suites! The place was very clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with all household necessities that we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described. The location close to everything I needed including easy access to the highway if you are driving. I really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Anthony was very proactive and helpful. He replied to messages and phone calls. And i only have to reach out do to me over thinking things. My family and i came in town to celebrate my birthday and from the time of booking Anthony reached out. Which made me feel good about my booking. With all the scamming going on you have to be sure lol. His place was very clean very safe very nice very comfortable and very roomy even for the max occupancy. The balcony at night was a game changer for sure. Clear views to the NRG STADIUM and Houston was nice. For those going to see Beyoncé later this monthly i would highly recommend Anthony’s place. Is easily accessible and conveniently located. I would definitely stay again myself.

Nyesha's place was cozy and comfortable. Most comfortable bed we've slept in! We were only a 10 min drive from Medical and museum district where there were lots of restaurants and a beautiful park to enjoy. Nyesha was super helpful and checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as well! Her place was spotless and entry instructions were easy to follow!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston! Great experience and host!!

was flexible with the checkout , let me check in an hour earlier . Nice place , clean. It’s gated and has round the clock security so felt really safe .

Anthony was a great host. The space was exactly as advertised. A quiet, secure, friendly community. There was plenty to do in the walking distance of the property. Both pool areas were clean and very relaxing.

My husband and I stayed here during my yearly visit to MD Anderson. Everything was really clean and the location was really close to all of my appointments. We didn’t have any issues while staying but they messaged every day to make sure we didn’t need anything. One of the easiest check in and check outs we have experienced.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and it felt like home. The kitchen has all the basic necessities for cooking. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bedroom was cozy and was able to watch tv before calling it a night. The view of downtown was beautiful especially being able to see a nice basketball court next to the Toyota Center. I would definitely rebook.

Really nice place! Better than expected actually. Easy walk to downtown and George Brown convention center. Comfortable bed, huge shower/tub. Coffee ready to go! Including pods w creamer and sweetener. Would stay again for sure. Houston downtown was also better than expected. Metro rail , nice people. The place was as listed. Colorful but walkable neighborhood. Would stay again. And the shower pressure was fire.

Close to the hospital district and very clean. Neil was very helpful and gave good clear instructions.

Marva’s place was perfect - It was exactly as the pictures show. She really thought of everything - Instructions on how to locate the place, pot and pans, a mini sewing kit, toiletries, a comfy bed and so much more. It was also very spacious. I enjoyed my stay at Marva’s place and would absolutely revisit.

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

I’ve visited a few Airbnbs in Texas and Johnny is hands down my favorite host thus far! He made the stay perfect for my friends and I. My friend requested a steamer (which wasn’t listed) and he brought it to the bnb wrapped in a bow before we arrived. We had issues working the tv and he showed up, fixed the issue and brought us gifts for the inconvenience. He also showed us how to make the sofa in the living room a bed….. The entire experience was completely worth it. I never write reviews but Johnny earned it and more! He even had free rodeo parking for us! He helped make my birthday one for books; I’m forever grateful! 🫶🏾

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

This was our second stay at this unit. Daniel and Sam are wonderful hosts—kind and communicative throughout. The unit itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, with stunning beach views from the balcony. Highly recommended! We would love to return in the future.

Peaceful & Comfortable.

We really liked everything the unit had to offer. I loved that we were able to make some meals in the small kitchen. I think it had everything we needed. The tvs at the bunk beds were the perfect setup for a family with kids- no fighting on what to watch! The unit is in a great location and we were able to walk to Walmart, beach and the piers to go fishing. Even for as busy as the area was, the inside of the unit was very quiet. Though small, everything was clean inside the unit and we would rent there again. The outside of the building could use a little work. We did not use the pool area, but looked really nice and I enjoyed being on the balcony watching everyone seem to enjoy it. We received multiple messages with information about check- in, check out, and just checking in. I felt that if anything came up, we would have the help we needed. Thank you for the great place to stay!

Amazing host,peaceful community, and great view of the city right in the middle of everything!

We've stayed in this apartment complex in Wesam's properties several times now and we always enjoy it when we do. The location is perfect, it's walking distance to several restaurants, Space Center Houston, and several pharmacy/convenience stores, but the real reason we keep staying there is that the host has always been very responsive and helpful. Not only will we stay there again soon, we highly recommend that others looking for a great value in a convenient location staying there as well.
