Holiday rentals with a patio in Pavones

Estamos agradecidos por todo el servicio y la amabilidad del Sr. Rafael. Nos ayudo y guió rápidamente para buscar que hacer basado en nuestros intereses. Nos puso en contacto con guías para realizar tours y siempre estuvo en disposición para ayudarnos con cualquier consulta o duda. Las recomendaciones de lugares para comer fueron excelentes, disfrutamos de una riquísima cena en un restaurante cerca. Estaba todo bastante limpio y ordenado. El balcón es excelente para pasar el rato, ver el mar o el amanecer. La cocina está muy bien equipada para cocinar y es espaciosa. El baño igualmente limpio, amplio y con buena iluminación. Las camas de las habitaciones son super cómodas y el aire acondicionado estaba de lujo. Muy recomendado para turistas o locales que quieran vivir una experiencia única y estar cerca de la playa con maravillosas vistas. Además, si eres amante de la naturaleza puedes encontrar mucha fauna en los alrededores como pájaros y ranas.

Nos encanto nuestra estadía en este hospedaje. Encontramos todo lo que necesitamos para pasar un excelente descanso en Golfito.

We had a great stay. Alex was there to welcome us upon our late check in. Throughout our 6 night stay, the host was available, responsive, and attentive to any issues or questions we had. The location was walkable to the beach, multiple restaurants, and surf shop. The host runs a pizza shop downstairs which we strongly recommend.

I had a great stay at Erick’s place. The whole apartment was squeaky clean, seemed new and had everything anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The host even left fresh water for me in the fridge. The building is on a quiet street with easy parking. AC works perfectly well in the bedroom, there’s smart tv, fans in the living room. Erick communicated very well and was available at all times. I walked to the marina before leaving for Corcovado at 5am and it took me less than 15min. Perfect place and amazing host! Highly recommend!

A casa é excelente, exatamente como na descrição e nas fotos, estava muito limpa e organizada. A cozinha tem muitos utensílios e eletrodomésticos excelentes, uma das mais equipadas que já aluguei. Meredith nos recebeu muito bem e foi extremamente atenciosa e cordial. Recomendo e espero voltar mais vezes!

We had a wonderful stay at Malaquita house in Pavones! The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. It was the ideal place to enjoy quality time with both friends and family. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and the house was very well equipped! One of the highlights of our stay was Vero, who came every day to cook and clean for us. Her meals were delicious, and her help made our vacation feel extra relaxing. We’re so grateful for her kindness and care throughout our stay. Jessica the host was very responsive and attentive to help us with anything we needed during our stay and making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect in a beautiful, welcoming space!

Absolutely amazing this home is! For a surfer it’s heaven. Located near the point at Pavones it’s a short walk to an easy paddle out at the point and let the current take you the length of the wave. Also centrally located where you either walk across the river or bridge to the local town center or market and few restaurants that are in town. Loved the random dog showing up to say hi too! The property is like a jungle setting. Gorgeous! The home was big enough for my teenagers and young adult kids to roam around and feel at home. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean as well! The kitchen was perfect using gas rather than electric portable stoves too. There also was an outdoor bbq which we used almost everyday. When in the jungle surfing all day it was an absolute joy to cool off in the pool! Overall an amazing stay at this paradise of a home!!! If it’s available this sanctuary will be top of my list of places to stay in Pavones!!! Paraiso Pura vida!!!!!!!!!

James House was perfect for our 10 days surf trip, its very close to the point only 5 min drive. House is well equipped, Good AC on each room, instructions for checkin were very easy. Overall a great place to stay.

Such a sweet spot away from the hustle of pavones but close to the surf spots! Great birds surrounding the property and short walk to the beach! Had all the amenities and Alex was a wonderful responsive host.

The perfect spot for a comfortable surf trip. The kitchen was well equipped and the views beautiful. Leslie was super helpful showing us how everything worked and responding if we needed anything! Such a luxery to have AC and a washer/dryer.

Where do I begin? Let me start by saying that the pictures do not do this place justice. First, the property is insanely beautiful and massive, filled with beautiful plants, trees, and maintained beautifully- and you have it all to yourself! The house is modern, spacious, and built/ prepped with love and intention. We truly had more than we needed here, especially in the kitchen. My favorite part was going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves - something I’ll never forget (the massive shower comes in a close second.) On top of all of this, Frank and his wife are AWESOME! I almost didn’t want to write this review so that the place wasn’t booked when we come back. 😂 Truly my first real vacation, entirely due to to this magical gem. We came to surf and the location was perfect- but if you’re traveling with non surfers, this place is also ideal because of the proximity to town/ beach/ the house in general. A wonderful stay our family will never forget.
