House holiday rentals in Patnem Beach

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

It was really wonderful to experience co-host Ritu guiding us regarding check in and about getting dinner at even 10:30-11 at night. Great place feels like home yet experience of tourism ❤️ Thanks Ritu time and again for your wonderful hospitality 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

This was the most amazing place that I have ever booked & stayed through Abnb, and I've been using Abnb for quite a while. As soon as we entered, we felt right at home. Everything was just as described, furnitures & cooking utensils squeaky clean, bedrooms done perfect. We stayed for a week, and just loved the place. My mom & son didn't want to leave. The place is minutes away from some of the lovely beaches in South goa like Palolem, Patnem, Talpona etc. It is very well maintained by the caretaker Diljit, who is super helpful and humble. DJ helped us with a seamless checkin, was always there when we needed him however also knew to give us our family space to settle in & have a true homely experience.Our pet lhasa, coco loved him & waited for him to come and take him for a walk. The place is done up elegantly, Vishal has a great taste for interiors which perfectly matched our expectations. Don't think twice to book it, you won't regret for sure. We can't wait to come back.Thanks.

Very beautiful, clean house, will many antique pieces used for home decor. Carmine makes sure to message you well in advance with the details of the place. Dr. Cajy and his family hosted us, and they're wonderful people. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

Found Ally's place very comfortable and clean . The kitchen was well equipped. It also has grocery stores and good restaurants just a few mts away. Ally also recommended us some lovely places .

As usual, Shoba lavished her gift of hospitality on us. A more generous and caring Airbnb hostess would be hard to find. An added plus to renting here is that Shoba runs a snack place/restaurant downstairs. Many times when we were just too tired to cook, we ordered from the restaurant and Shoba cooked up some very tasty dishes for us. She is an outstanding cook. Our review by the pros and cons: Pros: 1)Tasty meals from restaurant 2) Shoba's hospitality 3) peace and quiet 4) large kitchen 5) on-site resident cat (Pena) and parrot (Beno) to love on. Cons: 1) Neighborhood is prone to power outages 2) Livingroom and kitchen can get a bit warm - bedrooms however are fine with AC units in each room 3) not unique to Shoba's is the common practice of burning garbage outside - can be an aggravation for folks with respiratory issues. For us, the pros outweigh the cons and we have already booked her place for next year. I highly recommend Shoba's Place.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

The villa was same as described in the listed pictures. The villa was well decorated and clean with big spacious room, which made them quite comfortable and pool was also clean.

Vikas is a great host and Villa Nest is a great place to unwind. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the perfect place for a staycation. The location is peaceful and surrounded with greenery. Daily needs and the beach are a stone throw away. The riverside is great for walks and bird spotting. There are 2 pools to take a dip when it gets too hot. Overall a great place for families.

I stayed at this beautiful villa with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Tulsi Beach House is perfect if you're looking for a place to chill in south goa, it is right on the talpona beach, and the beach is very clean and feels like a private beach altogether. The house has old rustic vibes and has almost all the necessary amenities needed. Definitely recommend this if you're looking for a humble stay, right on the beach and just relax for few days

It was a lovely peaceful stay with Siya. Everything was excellent very friendly and accommodating above and beyond. We were made so welcome by Siya and her mother.
