Beachfront holiday rentals in Patnem Beach

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

Had a great time staying at this place .

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Firstly would like to appreciate Rohit on being a wonderful Host. Amazing location as everything was just a stone throw away. It's walkable distance to Colva beach and since I'm familiar with the place just felt like home away from home. The place is spotless and as shown in the pics. Even though it poured and we couldn't step out for a day we enjoyed the peaceful and serene location by staying indoors. The place is Swiggy and Zomato serviceable so no worries. Rohit deserves many more stars 🤩 just 5 isn't enough for his proactive and helpful nature and the way he has maintained the property. Lastly on behalf of our family we are thankful for meeting you in person as the praises for this abode will go on and on. I always recommend great places to friends and family. This is definitely in my top 3 favourites and highly recommended. Stay blessed and stay connected 🙏🏼

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

Perfect place for peaceful vacation, Responsible host and friendly. Had all the amenities as mentioned, We family of 5 stayed for 5 days. Felt relaxed and joyful. Beach is near by to the location. This place is a gem! Beautifully maintained and our host was super attentive, regularly checking in on us. The cleanliness and location top-notch, with great restaurants and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away… inverter was a lifesaver given the electricity situation as it was raining super heavily.. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Vipin's place for my husband's birthday, and we will definitely come back again. It's a hidden gem, very quiet and beautiful place. Vipin is an amazing host, he was helpful every step of the way. And he even went a step further to offer us a birthday cake. The walk to the beach is very nice, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had the best grilled fish we had so far in India, and overall experience was magical. I would definitely recommend Vipin's place over some beach rentals that are offered in the area as they might be loud and not very clean. Vipin puts so much love into his space, that it becomes truly magical for all his guests.

If you are looking for a cozy place to stay, walking distance to the quiet, clean beach, then this is the place. Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Would definitely stay again

I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is right on Agonda Beach. Rooms are pretty clean, the household does a good job. The only difficulty I faced during my stay was the air conditioner. For some reason it wasn't able to cool down the cabin be it noon or the night. Though the staff attended to the problem but it couldn't be fixed since they said this is the best cooling that could happen. I checked into another place 10 steps away and the cabins were pretty chill even in the afternoon. The AC needs fixing at serenity. Other than that, great location, great restaurant right adjacent and lip smacking food. Abhir was super helpful at the restaurant and always served with a smile on face.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

To start my stay at Gessela’s she was immediately extremely accommodating! My flight arrived late (after midnight!) and she was waiting for me to arrive. Gissela’s has been a home away from home and I have everything I need. I have made incredible memories here that will forever stay with me. Thank you Gissela 🤗 I can’t say it enough!

This flat was absolutely lovely! Check-in was a breeze, and Cheryl was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We did encounter a water issue upon arrival, but Cheryl immediately stepped in, swiftly moving us to an even more amazing flat just a short walk away. She's truly a super host with great communication and always on hand to help. The new apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and boasted super-fast Wi-Fi plus three wonderful verandahs. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with walkable beaches and a fantastic choice of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
