Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

We had a great time in the apartment. Sauze was very helpful and kindly allowed us to arrive a bit earlier and also to leave later, which we really appreciated as we had a late flight home. The apartment was quiet, clean, had everything we needed and is well positioned. It is close to the piste at Prarion gondola and approx 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. It was a challenge getting the car into the garage - it really is as small as it looks in the photo! So would advise a compact car only (although there is other parking available not too far away). Would definitely recommend!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

Spacious apartment built and furnished with quality materials and furniture

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

We knew this beautiful residence a few steps away from the center of Ste Foy. Very pleasant family stay in this high perched apartment, comfortable and with magnificent views. Responsive and empathetic host. Thank you! Hope to come back soon.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.

What a pleasure to see the snowy mountains lying in bed, to look at the slopes of the 2 balconies. Tastefully refurbished and modern apartment, very functional nothing missing. Ideally located for skiers and also in summer for walkers. On the 5th floor everything is quiet and relaxing. Very welcoming hosts and concerned about the well-being of his tenants: We can only recommend. M & B

The accommodation is not large but completely in line with the description, except that the windows are now more recent than in the photo. Unfortunately, there is little storage. Well located, you can easily reach the center, the bus or train station, restaurants, bakery, shops, on foot. By car, you have to park in the city's paid parking lots unfortunately (expensive: plan the cost), bring the car nearby only to load/unload. The apartment is convenient for dogs because the small terrace overlooks the outside (the dog must be able to jump the railing), the city is dog-friendly and poop bags are even available to leave the green spaces clean. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean and equipped with the basics (dishes, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, washing machine). No problem accessing and retrieving the keys. Very good stay and thank you again!
