A high class chalet in a perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for two nights. The apartment is very clean, cozy and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. The hostess is incredibly friendly and warm. We were particularly pleased with the delicious pancakes with chocolate that she made for us - a nice gesture! The transfer to the train station was also very nice and rounded off our stay perfectly. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Our family of five from spent an unforgettable three days and three nights in lovely Chamonix and in this wonderful accommodation — the farthest point of our road trip. The children chose this place from several options and made an excellent choice. They absolutely loved the yard and terrace and would never have gotten bored! We fully enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and the cozy atmosphere of the house. We all slept well and were extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you to our hosts for the warm and friendly welcome! The cold beer from the local brewery that we received as a welcome gift after a long day of travel was absolutely perfect! PERFECT! For me there is nothing to say. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, well located and above all very well equipped, it is ready to welcome people even the extension cords are already installed, everything is well thought out and quality, what a pleasure to have so many pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes, crepe maker etc... And the owners are very kind and good advice. I RECOMMEND

Perfect stay in the pretty wooden studio, very well appointed by Eric and Maryse, who were very welcoming hosts and took the time to introduce the studio. A pleasure to start and end the day with birdsong, and a breathtaking view, while staying very close on foot to the city center. Thanks again for a great stay and this summer!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
