Fabulous experience!! We were for my daughter's study reasons but it was a fabulous stay: attentive and accurate and caring host.The house with three airs is very airy modern and clean apartment, equipped and essential kitchen as a whole.Flexibility of check-in and out by the host.For fairness, I report some steps to get to the apartment only for those like me who may have mobility problems. Beautiful view of the Marche hills and tranquility ! Well-served area a few minutes away by car. Overall we recommend the experience and the host !! As soon as possible we can come back !!!

Mirella saved our trip to Umbria when we were misled by another home rental company about the accommodations and had to find another place last minute. We were SO happy and lucky to find this hidden gem. They were super kind and helpful, the house is exactly as described, and the charm/personality of the family is present throughout. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Very close to the Sferisterio and also to the Sferisterio parking lot. The stairs inside are a bit high, as mentioned in the ad. You have to be careful, especially downhill. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!

We had a really nice weekend in this house with a pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor spaces are truly beautiful: spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing, with a breathtaking view! We appreciated the access to the vegetable garden and orchard, a detail that really made a difference for us. Another positive note goes to the presence of Leo, the owners' dog, who is very well behaved. It kept us company 😊 The hosts were always discreet but available when needed. The pool was at our complete disposal and we enjoyed a nice privacy throughout the stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the routine. If we really have to find a small note, only a few basic elements were missing, such as napkins and oil, but nothing that compromised the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature!
