We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town - perfect for exploring on foot. It was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The welcome instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the sofa bed was both comfortable and simple to use. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, and shower soap - those little details made all the difference. Highly recommended!

I had Friends staying in Hotels nearby, and the value for money was so discernable between there rooms and Eric's Apparent. if I had to travel to Lille again I would definitely check if Eric's Apparent was available.

What a nice studio in a great location. The space is furnished with great care and especially the tranquility is very nice, while there is so much to experience around the studio. Alexandre is a host who is very available remotely and responds immediately to questions, or solves something. Highly recommended as far as we are concerned!

A perfect Apartment for our 4 day visit to Montreuil. Very spacious living areas with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Viviane was an extremely kind and helpful host. The town itself is a beautiful, and although the weather was not perfect we discovered some lovely restaurants and enjoyed some relaxing walks Parking is easy on the two roads parallel to the apartment. All in all this was a fantastic Airbnb.

May 2025. super quiet place for those who want to take a break. Small drawback the wifi, quite capricious, but given the location we fully understand the problem. I loved the house, its pastel tone, all the sweetness that emerges from this place. To discover.....

Accommodation as described: clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxing. The spa and hammam are a real plus, offering an extra moment of well-being. Thanks to Fabien and Louise for their responsiveness to each of our requests. The place was clean, bright and in the center of Merlimont so we loved doing everything on foot, while having a view of the car from the apartment. Its parking and location are a real plus. We were close to everything (beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc). We had the building to ourselves this very sunny May weekend, so we were quiet throughout our stay. The host allowed us to stay a little longer to enjoy Merlimont that we loved. Very nice beach and very good place, we hope to be back next year with pleasure. 🏖😊👍
