Holiday rentals with a pool in Parrita

Not only was Mariana a phenomenal host, her home and surrounding area was exceptionally beautiful with the most amazing views. It was peaceful and private. We would be lucky to have the chance to stay at Mariana’s and would choose it again and again! The pool was an absolute hit for the kids and adults! Mariana was attentive and went above and beyond! Thank you for everything 🙏

We had a lovely time. Andres was very kind and responsive. We loved the private pool and being right on the beach. We enjoyed the sunsets and the daily visits from the monkeys passing by!

Great location, a short walk from the beach. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Maud is a very considerate and accommodating host.

We had the best stay at Val and Oscar’s home. Our group had 1 family in the upstairs apartment and the other family in the downstairs apartment, and it was such a great arrangement for our group. The apartments were both beautiful and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The kids loved the pool and we layed out in the hammocks and watched scarlet macaws fly by. We would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

Honestly this place is more incredible in person than the photos, which is hard to believe! If you book this place, just know that there’s a steep incline getting to the house so make sure you rent an appropriate vehicle for that. There aren’t places that are walkable nearby in my opinion, but that’s the price you pay for an amazing view and this type of house. Vanessa was awesome- make sure to use the private chef service and the beach service! Both were awesome. We also highly recommend eating at Ronny’s for lunch

Emi was so great! He helped up book tours the whole week! Was a wonderful host and experience! The view was spectacular! The pool water was a little too cold for us, but aside from that everything was phenomenal! We had the best time!

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we cannot wait to be back. We’d stay here again, especially loved the proximity to the beach, the daily cleaning of our cool space, beautiful grounds and staff who helped with everything from umbrellas and parking to getting groceries and pinpointing just the right tours for our group with elementary aged kids. (Pro Tip- the night tour they booked for us with shuttle and dinner to Rainmaker was a hit!)

Paradise found is an apt name. What a beautiful home in a beautiful place. I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 3 teenage boys. The home was clean and well stocked with all the items we needed to make meals in the kitchen. Jose, the caretaker, met us at check in and showed us the lay of the land. We had access to the garage that had surf boards and body boards. The pool was clean and warm, and we had fun jumping in and splashing around. The beach across the street is a close to private as you can get. It goes on for miles each direction. The only people we saw were the occasional local fishing or some folks taking a stroll on horseback. Waves were huge and fun to play in. Watch out for rip tides! The directions to the home were great. The house is located between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. Both fun spots to explore. Thank you Mary and Jose for making our family trip unforgettable. We cant wait to return.

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Absolutely loved Jhonathan’s place! It was perfect walking distance from everything (the beach, bars, yummy restaurants, supermarket, etc) and in a gated community where all the staff were so friendly and nice. On the days where the beach was too much, we hung out by the villas beautiful community pool and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The villa itself was the perfect size and super clean. We are already planning a trip back! Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay, as close as you can get to stay near Playa Blanca, as expected it’s a short hill to climb. Perfect option for kids if you want to get quickly to this beautiful beach and don’t want to rent a golf cart.
