Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Parole

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

My husband and I stayed at Mimi and Jamie's place for 5 days/5 nights. The house exceeded our expectations - everything was thoughtful, clean, and organized. We had traveled from California and were looking forward to a restful stay, and we were 100% happy that we chose this home. The furniture was well placed, and the rooms were attractively designed. The furnishings brought smiles, and the plants were a perfect addition. The house is beautiful, and waking up with greenery around us was so amazing. The kitchen ware and dinner ware were just right - there were wine glasses too! The sheets were clean, and the curtains were lovely. There was an ample supply of bathroom/body soaps, paper supplies and just about anything we might need. It was so quiet at night. The house was fresh smelling and stayed that way. We felt at home and felt safe. We loved every day we were there.

Abe and Grace’s place was amazing. The house had everything we needed for the stay. It was unfortunate the metro station nearby the house was closed during the weekend we stayed but location is good overall. The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in DC. I will def. be staying here again if I come back to DC.

The small apartment was perfect for my needs. Very quiet and peaceful. Great neighborhood with well kept homes. Paul was an excellent host that made accommodations for my earlier arrival. He was also very responsive and recommended walkable food/drink spots. The unit was impeccably clean. Would absolutely stay here again in my next trip to DC.

Absolutely beautiful location. Incredibly peaceful and quiet being so close to so many attractions and amenities. The apartment was bright, spacious, and private.

Quaint basement studio with ample space and very roomy. Can comfortably sleep 2-3 adults. The most beautiful backyard. Has all the amenities.

Kelly was a top tier host! Very helpful, provided clear instructions for everything, and was very responsive to any of the questions we had. Overall a great stay and will be booking again if I ever visit DC!

We love staying at Liz's! It is always super clean and thoughtfully prepared with snacks and anything Eshe thinks we might find useful (i.e., a standing desk during a work crunch). Gorgeous surroundings (we'll use our little deck if it ever stops raining 😂), great bed and water pressure, comfy furniture, and lots of opportunities for great nature walks right out the front door. This place is an absolute gem, with some of the nicest hosts ever!

This is my second stay at the Southgate Sanctuary through AirBNB. I loved it both times. It’s nestled in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with stately and unique historic homes. The Southgate Sanctuary duplex is well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with intriguing antiques. The back yard is fantastic for cook-outs and the grill works great. It was so convenient being directly downtown, yet still in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood where it’s easy to park. I appreciate the short walk to Miss Shirley’s for brunch, Level for craft cocktails, Lemongrass (Thai restaurant) for dinner, and the famous Sailor Oyster Bar for, of course, oysters. The host is very friendly and provides lots of recommendations. I highly recommend the Southgate Sanctuary!

We had an amazing weekend and Gregory’s home was perfect. So clean and well equipped. Gregory thought of everything!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were originally planning on staying 2 nights, but had to shorten our trip / stay to 1 night, due to a family emergency. The home was easy to find, and instructions from David were very clear and precise. Conveniently located, with lots of restaurants, supermarket, etc within walking distance. Parking was also very secure and convenient. The only thing we were not too happy about was that the 3rd bedroom, was not really a bedroom, but a common area converted in to a bedroom (queen bed) with a half wall, as mentioned on the listing.

The house is beautiful and worked well for our family. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Pictures don’t do this property justice.

There are so many reasons we loved staying at Sally's place. The parking! The warm and welcoming home! The fact that we could bring our dogs! But my most favorite thing was the location. Super close to everything in Annapolis - we walked every where and loved the street right by the house and the easy access to The Naval Academy. Being near St. Johns U. was a special bonus and the ideal dog peaceful walking spot. Had never explored the campus before and enjoyed meandering all over the gorgeous campus with my pups in tow. Highly recommend Sally's home!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The added benefit was we could bring our small dogs. The yard was fenced so our dogs couldn’t run out. We used the park and ride at the Grosvenor station on the red line about a 15 minute ride. Patricia even left our dogs some yummy dog treats. We had an enjoyable stay!!

Exactly liked pictures and description. Perfect for a couple. Reliable and fast wifi. I was working at the Anacostia Museum, and the studio was in a perfect location for that purpose. Host responsive, easy check-in and check-out. I do recommend! PS: be aware that, as showed in pictures, kitchen does not have a sink.

Came here for my best friends bachelorette and it was such a beautiful home!! Between the living room, basement, and yard outback, us girls had plenty of space to hangout and celebrate our bride to be! We walked ~1 mile to breakfast at Oscar's Coffee on the water, our dinner Saturday night at Black Wall Hitch was 3 minutes away, and our tiki boat was 5 minutes from the house! Everything was so close, and the neighborhood was so adorable.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Make this your top choice if you are looking for an efficient and pristine suite right around the corner from the airport! I was in town for my mothers memorial and not only was the space even better than the photos but James was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and even had a thoughtful card for the occasion waiting for me when I arrived. I have two small dogs and he was also excellent with them. If you need a stay near BWI, this place is well worth the money! I’ll for sure be coming back!

Nice and cozy place to stay while visiting DC. Safe and quiet neighborhood that is a not to long walk to the metro. Great amenities and supplies offered in this, and Dan was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind an older home so the drains in the bathroom drain slowly. But I didn't mind and can't wait to stay again! :)

I lucked into David's place while attending a conference in National Harbor. The two-bedroom apartment was large, recently refurbished and more than met my needs. It was extremely convenient to the convention center. The staff at the resort were helpful and pleasant and the jacuzzi tub in the apartment --and lovely outdoor jacuzzi in the main resort-- ended up being a treat as well as a blessing for my sore back. The price is high but so are all the hotel prices in the area plus the apartment is big and there were amenities at the Club Wyndham that you don't get at other places. Would stay again if I have to return for another conference

Super convenient for a conference at the Gaylord, and Gordon was very communicative. Booked two places with him, of which this review is two of two!

Wonderful stay in Chestertown! Hosts go out of their way to may the experience pleasurable. Would 100% stay here again!

Judy was an excellent host and the place was great ! Walking distance to everything .No matter what time you need to speak Judy she was available .This is a great condo with a spectacular view .10/10
