Holiday rentals with a patio in Parkville

I felt right at home, it’s adorably decorated and very inviting. The space really allowed me to feel right at home. The location is super convenient but quiet.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in apartments designed and hosted by Kali. Kali is very easy to communicate with, clear and simple instructions, flexible, just easy. This apartment is almost like a studio apartment and it doesn't have a TV which was clearly stated in the listing, so we expected it. Nevertheless, It is v comfortable and v well located in Fitzroy. We will come back again next time. Thanks Kali.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

We loved staying at Ghery’s apartment. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable bed and great shower. Great location with many walkable food options. We would love to stay here again when we next come to Melbourne.

The apartment was lovely, light & bright. Very comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful with a lovely outside space. the location is great. Right next to the 96 tamline and not far from the 11 tramline. A lovey walk to the zoo. Great restaurant nearby and many good cafes. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Sophie was very helpful and clear with her messages. I felt welcome in her apartment. It's a great base from which to explore Melbourne without being in the busy city centre. Fitzroy North feels relaxed but with plenty of amenities. Piedimonte's was great to have a short walk away. If you are thinking of staying in Melbourne then this apartment is ideal. Thanks Sophie

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The place looks exactly like the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential utensils and amenities. The outdoor entertainment area is a standout feature, offering beautiful views and a great space to relax. Communication with Dave and Nat was smooth and prompt. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

The location is good, centrally located in Melbourne. The place is clean and convenient and comfy. It was easy to check in as Rui and Narathorn came to deliver the key to me and showed us the unit and made sure everything was in place before they left. I would highly recommend this place

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

We absolutely loved the stay at Julia’s place! What a beautiful space, well decorated and homely but elevated. We actually had this booked for our wedding weekend and we had some photos taken here before the ceremony and they turned out amazingly. Good supply of coffee and very comfy couch and bed. YiXiao was an amazing host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It’s spacious, close to restaurants and public transport, and everything is within walking distance. She was a wonderful host and I’d love to book again when staying in Melbourne.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
