This BnB is in contention for my FAVORITE stay of all time. Family of 6 adults and 1 child had more than enough space, and Jeanne really made our stay effortless. We felt right at home and we didn't have to make that last minute trip to the store you sometimes have to make bc the host skimped on providing toilet paper or dish soap, because she honestly thought of EVERYTHING ❤️ My granddaughter loved the pool and dips in the hot tub after swimsmade the adults happy. The location and view are to die for, and the two pups were ecstatic playing in the large fenced area. We spent a lot of time outside, plenty of furniture, fire pit, just eating dinner on the deck. (Missing NOTHING in the kitchen either!) Our last night we spent sitting and talking on the deck trying to identify the multitude of frog voices from the pond, before we parted ways to our various home states. I am most grateful for memories made and we are definitely considering a repeat! ❤️Thank you!

Beautiful home and very clean!! Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and beds. Convenient to all attractions and Abigail is very accommodating and kind! Horses came to greet us most times in early morning and evenings which was a nice treat. Also can see the Amish horse and buggies from the house. This awesome home is located on a main highway so if a light sleeper make sure to bring a sound machine or fan. We did fine and would book with Abigail again!

We LOVED everything about this place. It was such a short drive into our favorite part of town. Beautiful to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the front porch. We stayed on a hot weekend so having the pool was fantastic. My girls loved being able to swim in between exploring Gettysburg. And my two year old especially loved getting to talk about the cows. Our best Gettysburg stay yet!

Was a wonderful immersive experience. We enjoyed dining and playing board games in the great hall. The escape rooms were very well done. I was skeptical on how it would go without a game master, even had some nice surprise moments. Looking forward to staying again. Kids were upset we weren't staying all week.

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

The house was exactly as described. It was also clean and very well appointed. We had plenty of clean towels and pillows. The kitchen had lots of things to offer us, including coffee and tea. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it for a peaceful place in the countryside. The restaurants and activities mentioned were great.

The house is beautifully restored and the location is wonderful, very peaceful and scenic. We really enjoyed our short stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms and bedrooms are lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching fireflies twinkling in the trees in the field across the road! Andy communicated everything we needed to know and was very responsive. Great Airbnb. We hope to come back again soon!

This listing was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very organized. The area was quiet and beautiful. Neighbors in the area very nice. They offered all the basic and necessary amenities needed and more. Our overall experience was GREAT and we definitely would rent this location again.

This is a beautiful home, thoughtfully restored. The beds were comfy, the linens were soft, and everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was nicely laid out and appointed. Check-in and check-out were very simple and easy. The home is next to the rail trail where we went for a nice walk. The hosts were very kind and responsive. I hope to stay here again when we make it back to Pennsylvania!

Josh and Robin were such kind and friendly hosts. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! The most comfortable mattresses! It was such a pleasure to have a good night sleep away from home. More attention to detail than any other place we have stayed. We absolutely loved it! We can’t wait to return! And we will!! Worth every penny!!

Home was beautiful and worked perfectly for us. Thankfully, we knew about the stairs in the home, so we were able to plan ahead and bring baby gates. Neighbors were quiet and it was neat to be able to see the train from the living room. Great place to stay! Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the Lazzaro's curated farmhouse reno in the misty Appalachian hills. We enjoyed looking off the veranda into the deer-filled woods, unplugging and enjoying time without any kind of botheration. The master bed was amazingly comfortable, the rooms combined a timeless aesthetic with modern amenities, and the immense kitchen/dining space with nespresso and modern cooktops surprised and delighted us. Added bonus: we truly enjoyed watching the story of how this house came together on the HBO show Two's Company Design. Love seeing how you intentionally designed this masterfully comfortable home. Very attentive and thoughtful host, and a spacious property which includes family friendly games to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen and dining area is perfect for families or large groups!

Trust your GPS! This little slice of heaven is tucked away but the beauty surrounding you is worth the drive. Booked this as a family stay for a wedding at a nearby location and ended up using it as the staging ground for the wedding party to get their hair and makeup done. Made for great pictures!

We stayed at Elmer’s place for only one night. But it was definitely worth it and will be coming back for a longer period of time next time. We haven’t had the chance to use the firepit since it was raining. However, all the other amenities were well-kept and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Elmer is very nice and responsive host. We visited one of the restaurants she recommended (Agapē), everything was so delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place for a getaway.

Fantastic property, fantastic hosts. A+. So many amenities, nothing was overlooked. Very clean and orderly. Loved the layout. Screened in porch was perfect, patio, hot tub, use of kayaks, freshly baked bread, entire interior was awesome. I’m telling you, nothing was overlooked in making our stay so memorable. Thinking about booking? Do it now. You won’t regret it. This can’t be beat.

We had a fabulous time at Megan's place! The heated pool allowed for us to still enjoy the pool despite some rainy and cooler weather. The rock waterfall into the pool was a unique feature and the surrounding area was private and scenic. The wrap porch with a view of the creek and meadow was also a highlight- especially the fireflies at night! There was plenty of kitchen table space for us and our 3 young kids, where we enjoyed the nature views. We even enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pot and swinging on the rocking swing. We hope to come back again another time!

First off Adam is an amazing host. Very personable and very responsive to questions. The house is AWESOME. SPOTLESS. Everything in the listing is exactly how it looks in person. The golf course is one of a kind. Fun with a group of family or friends. Fun time golfing during the day and then grilling and hanging on the porch at night. Would 100% visit again. Thank you for a great time!

We loved staying at Tammy’s house. All 10 of us! It was 10 minutes from the venue of a surprise birthday party for three family members. Easy to get to, close to the stores and my entire family loved it. Tammy’s house was clean, comfortable, and huge! Lol. The beds were awesome which created restful sleep. The addition of fans in every bedroom was a plus as the air conditioner broke on our last night there. Tammy was very responsive and as a homeowner myself, understand that appliances break down. We would love to come again if the situation warranted a large home. Thank you for the welcome sign and all the snacks. Family members are huge coffee drinkers so the coffee bar was extremely used. I did bring coffee myself which we went through that plus some of yours. Thanks again Tammy! 😊
