Cecily’s place is so beautiful! Its matches the description, she is super proactive and left us clear instructions on how to check-in and what to do. It’s easy to get to amazing places like Hornby and Denmen Island for her place.

We had a great time staying here! Check-in was easy, it was very clean inside, bed was very comfortable & the decor was so lovely! Surrounding area was beautiful & great to walk around. There's a nice restaurant on-site which was very convenient! Lovely place to stay :)

loved our stay! the beaches surrounding the area as well as the cozy view of the ocean from the balcony was all we needed to enjoy a relaxing getaway with our dog. thank you again for being so welcoming during the Easter long weekend. would highly recommend for anyone needing some quiet time away from the city.

This is a great place to stay in Cumberland. It is a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and we could bike to the mountain bike trails in minutes. Kelly was a great host and was very helpful with our bike storage which made our stay easy. The apartment was new and had everything you would need and more. We liked that this apartment had A/C and a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again. .

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside rental! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and welcoming the space felt. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking — we spent every morning with a coffee on the deck, watching the waves roll in. Beach access was just steps away, making it easy to enjoy long walks, swims, and sunsets without ever needing to get in the car. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring we felt at home. Every detail — from the cozy linens to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen — made it clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. This place is a gem. We left feeling rested, refreshed, and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape by the sea.

The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay - it was exactly what we were hoping for!!! The log cabin is cozy and beautifully furnished. The cabin was very clean and all amenities were above and beyond. Loved our evenings at the fire pit and soaking in the deep bath tub!

The location of this place couldn't be better for exploring the Island and especially for mountain biking (hosts were very accommodating with letting us store/charge our ebikes in their garage during our visit). Very easy access to everything North and South of Nanaimo as well as the city itself. The apartment is very peaceful with your own private garden/sitting area. While Nash and Louise are delightful hosts the real star of this property is Ollie, the most well behaved dog you will ever meet. Ollie greeted us upon our arrival and checked in most mornings to make sure we were well taken care of. Be sure to get Nash and Louise's restaurant recommendations.

Absolutely in love with this place , beautiful interior, super comfortable bed, kitchen fully stocked with useful things for cooking lovers. Beautiful patio with the view, fire pit tanning beds, bbq. Electrical charger for the car was super useful. Also, we forgot a lot of things like picnic bag, beach blanket, Band-Aids, and even shaver. So they found all of this in the house. Thank you Perl for hosting us we definitely will be back

The perfect getaway. The house is well kept and fully equipped for a good weekend away. The hot tub, sauna, and water provide activities for all weather. The scenery is breathtaking—thank you for hosting can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Howards and Jennifers place. We directly felt like home and the neighbourhood is wonderful. Howard and Jennifer are such open and kind people. As we had some struggle with our future Travel Plan Howard deeply supported us to find solutions which was very helpful for us. They invited us for a great bbq and we spend a nice evening together. They made our start in canada very Special. We are for than thankful for meeting them and we will definetly stay in contact and come back. Thank you for everything!

Kiel hosted a few of our employees while we did some work in Nanaimo. We were given clear instructions on check in and check out, the place was exactly as they showed. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

The apartment worked perfectly for us. I was there with my wife and my mother, and there was enough room for all of us. There was private parking down below in the parking garage. And once you were in the condo, the first time, you were easily able to come and go as needed. There was shopping and restaurants very close to the apartment. We would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The resort had great amenities and a short walk to the beach. The suite itself was clean and well stocked. My family was very comfortable during our stay.

Wendy and Steve’s place was absolutely amazing. A little piece of heaven on earth, and the views from the deck are spectacular. Wendy and Steve made us feel right at home and Maggie was a great host too. Great place to relax and recharge, and lots of pathways and other things to do. Wendy was great with advice on activities around the area and always available for conversations along with Maggie. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. We all enjoyed our stay in your amazing place. The furnishings were very cozy and nice. The views were amazing, and it was very well stocked and clean. We would love to return again, if we can. It was very spacious for our five family members, and loved that everyone had an actual bbed to sleep in. The hosts were very accommodating, kind , attentive and responsive. It was easy to find, and in a central location We would highly recommended.?

Shannon's place is so tranquil and peaceful which was just what we needed. The area is lovely for walking and the building is very quiet. We loved our 2 week stay here!

An amazing stay in such a comfortable, spacious and out of the way apartment from the city. The place well exceeded the expectations we had of it and was even better than the pictures listed. The place was fully equipped with very new amenities and made our stay very easy after months of travelling! We would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anybody who wants a walkable but out of the way place in Nanaimo.

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)
