The place far exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with EVERYTHING we would have needed to not go anywhere the whole time. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking necessities, the kind beds in every room with vaulted ceilings made us feel like the boujee girls we want to be. The views were breathtaking and being able to have all of our meals outdoors with heat and covering made it so memorable. The house came with cars and outdoor games too to use on the nice open yard. It really felt like the place was ours. The icing on the cake was the chairs, wood and starters to make our own little beach fire right below the house and roast marshmallows while watching the sunset. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Definitely coming back!

Had a wonderful stay here - a beautiful location, so close to everything in Gibson’s but still felt super private. Great communication with the host, made me feel very welcome with a welcome package with recommendations for food, sports, drinks etc and even a little treat for my dog! Would definitely recommend this place and will re-book in the future!

This place is really special and exactly as it looks in the photos (but better in person!) We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in the mornings, and listening to the local birds in the trees that surround the cabin. The view from the terrace is really magnificent!! We also indulged in the wood fired hot tub to make the most out of the beautiful forest surroundings. This stay was really one to remember, and I'm already dreaming about coming back another time. The roadside parking space had plenty of room for one car, two vehicles would be a tight squeeze.

I stayed at Lauri's place for a week while working remotely, and it was exactly what I needed. The deck offers a great view - perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The area is quiet and peaceful, I could really focus during the day and relax afterwards. Even though it wasn't a vacation, I left feeling recharged. The cabin, though small, was well-equipped and comfortable, and the natural beauty around made it a memorable experience.

Stayed here for a work trip and was absolutely amazed by not only the beauty of the space and property but the friendliness of Lian and Gordon. It’s perfect for one or two people for a lovely island getaway.

What a hidden treasure! The scenery was unreal, and so peaceful! We had an absolutely amazing and memorable family vacation. This house has everything you could need, from paper towels to measuring cups, and they even had a little dog food and bags. The fully fenced side yard was amazing to have for our dogs. With the beach just steps away, it was magical! Lots of wildlife spotted also, seal lions, eagles…just wow. We will definitely be back. Also, Erika was so quick to respond and very accomodating. Loved everything!

This was a perfect place to stay while we were visiting Vancouver Island. The location made it easy to explore other areas of the Island as a day trip. The condo itself is situated right across from the pool and hot tub as well as the beach trail which we were able to enjoy while we were staying. Overall, the condo is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. I would recommend this airbnb!

We had such a great stay, what a beautiful place! The surrounding area was very scenic and peaceful with lots to do nearby. Melissa is a wonderful host! She was quick to respond, very friendly, super helpful & accommodating! I would highly recommend her air bnb, it was such a lovely place to stay and I wouldn’t definitely go back! Beautiful location!! Talk about waterfront, you are literally on top of the water 😊 We saw many seals and otters, geese and even Eagles on the beach eating their fish. The sound of the waves and the ocean lapping on the rocks… and the refreshing scent of the beautiful ocean air. The caretakers, Tani and her Husband were very nice and accommodating. Shiney Happy People! Thank you so much, we really enjoyed celebrating our 15 Year Anniversary at your piece of Heaven. The cabin is also very well equipped and nicely decorated!

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.
