Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Independent house within a small family stable and horse breeding in the center of a small Sarthe village. Ideal place for nature lovers. You have the option to come with your horse. The stable is only 30 minutes from the European Horse Center (Le Mans). Located between Tours and Le Mans, 5 km from the highway exit. Close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, La Fléche Zoo and the famous Loire Valley castles. Shops 6 km away

Le Cottage Vaas

Wooden cottage with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Unfailing romance thanks to the candles that can be set up on the large 20 m2 raised terrace, semi-covered, overlooking an English garden. A second terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cottage is located by a stream, facing a mill. The atmosphere is ensured with the purr of the mill wheel. The Cottage is a green setting close to castles, water and hiking trails.
