Ideal accommodation for a family gathering. Large living room with sufficient kitchen. The view of nature from the jacuzzi is also very pleasant. In short, we had a very pleasant weekend!

Maccine and Graeme are warm and friendly, we were very well received, we quickly felt at home. In addition, they have always been responsive to us and attentive to our needs. The cottage is peaceful and secluded, enough to stay in our bubble during the stay. Several activities are available on site, allowing us to relax and have fun as we please. A big thank you to them for this stay which went well, accompanied by the beautiful weather!

Eleanor’s place is beautiful and cozy. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, kind and very friendly. They are very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The view of the water, the birds swimming is absolutely blissful. The hot tub Is also amazing :). If you want to a stay in a peaceful village overlooking the river, this is the place. We had a pleasant time for a weekend with friends, the house is perfect for hosting a group of friends or a large family. Heated pools, outdoor jaccuzi, layout suitable for a dozen. Fluid and clear exchange with owner.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was seamless—quick responses, helpful information, and genuinely warm hospitality that made us feel welcome right away. The space itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some! From thoughtful touches to essential amenities. The atmosphere was both cozy and inviting, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back again! 🌟

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

The accommodation offered was very good, true to our expectations. The welcome was very warm. Frédéric and his wife were very responsive to our requests, with a superb tour of their farm as a bonus. We had a wonderful stay at the house, which has everything… from the pool, big kitchen, loads of board games, table tennis and chicken :) The communication was very friendly from the start and we couldn’t have asked for more!

We stayed with friends this weekend and had a great time. The place is large enough for everyone to have their own space, both houses are well laid out. We particularly liked the pool, the bocce ball court, the foosball, the jacuzzi and the barbecue available. Marie Noëlle and her husband are very available and responsive, we will gladly come back to stay with them.

One night stay in an idyllic setting. Accommodation as described. Very welcoming host with very appreciated small touches. A quiet night with waking up to the titmice and squirrels. And a royal breakfast!! We recommend it. To be repeated in a milder period weather-wise.
