Large living room with TV and home theater, Wi-Fi, comfortable balcony with table, where you and your family can enjoy your meals facing the beautiful garden and reflecting pool! Covered garage for one car and another uncovered space for another vehicle! Tennis and multi-sport courts! Wonderful set of swimming pools and private beach, forming an incredible aquatic set of swimming pool and beach with “warm” water, no waves and shallow! The complex also has one of the best marinas in Brazil for you to store your boat! The Costabella Marina, in addition to being super equipped to receive vessels up to 80 feet, was the first Marina in South America to receive the Blue Flag Seal of a marina with environmental controls! Exotic fish, sea turtles and other marine animals swim around the boats!!

Sitio seaside, privacy and house for up to 10 persons. The amount varies with the total number of people . Value announced is for 6 in the low. Boat access, easy to hire. Ideal for children over 7 years old. There is no mains but solar system for LED lights, 2 220V sockets and small refrigerator, plus ice box. The generator is switched on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 at the end of the day. There are no fans, house screened with good ventilation. Plenty of space for everyone, barbecue. Super beach.
