The apartment is fully equipped. It was super clean. The stay was very enjoyable. The location is great. The existence of a mini-market and fitness center in the condominium helped a lot. Rodrigo is an exceptional, attentive and easy to communicate host. Everything was great and I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go to work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.

The apartment is exactly like the one described. Bruno was extremely polite and always responded quickly. The whole check in and checkout process was very quiet.

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and do the check-in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

I spent exactly 30 days here in Guilherme's apartment and it was my first contact with Brasilia, my new address! I exchanged the Bahian capital through the federal capital and the apartment, in front of Lake Paranoá, gave me the impression of being in front of the beach. The place has very polite attendants and Thursday day there is a fair with selected products such as fruits and beans for sale, as well as ready-made food. Very nice! The place has a restaurant La Terrasse with very good price, beauty salon, PET Shop, convenience store, gym ( 200 reais a month) and the apartment is super comfortable. I would stay longer but the price was a bit salty! But it was super worth it! Super recommend! Oh, Guilherme is a friend of the animals , I brought my two cats and everything went smoothly.

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. The stay at Aline's apartment was quiet. The apartment was organized and clean. The condominium is well located with restaurants, pharmacy, markets and bakery nearby.

The apartment is extremely cozy and welcoming, with very well planned, optimized and functional space. The condominium has an infrastructure that meets all needs and the location is great, close to markets and shopping malls. The host is extremely friendly and considerate. I recommend with my eyes closed!

cozy place, with all kinds of equipment to ensure comfort. I loved it. If I have an observation, it is that the building is right next to the Águas Claras station. It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who can't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located. There's just this issue of the subway noise.
