Apartment holiday rentals in Paranoá Lake

It is a very familiar Flats condominium. The lakefront is a wonderful view! The flat of Camila is close to the lake. There is a restaurant and bakery / cafeteria, a hair salon and a clothing wash shop! Perfect for those who go to work or leisure. I recommend a speedboat ride on the paranoá lake! We love!

It was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the view is amazing. I booked 10 min before entering and Kemilyn was quick in the deal.

Comfortable and quiet apartment! Excellent for studying! Well equipped kitchen, well decorated spaces and the court has commerce with restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, shops. Stay worth your stay! Alice was an excellent hostess and gave good local tips!

Wonderful place! Functional and tastefully decorated with an amazing view of Brasilia's civic core. Makes it a very pleasant stay. Conveniently located. Uiara is a great host. Look forward to going back when returning to Brasilia.

The apartment is very nice, the view is wonderful, to Lake Paranoá. The outdoor area of the resort, for collective use, is very pleasant. The swimming pool and sauna are very good. For those looking for a quiet place, to rest, it is very good. The apartment is in a place a little away from the commerce, I did not feel the safety of walking around the surroundings alone, but the region is well served as an uber to come and go.

Great neighbourhood and well stocked apartment

Both the condominium and the apartment are great! The apartment was clean and is very well equipped. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly. The only negative aspects (details that did not compromise the experience): - the available frying pan is very bad (stainless steel pots are good, but the frying pan is terrible); - the shower is very strong, but the water jets are very dispersed (if you stay in the middle of the water jets practically do not get wet); - I missed one more sheet (there was only one available, plus a blanket).

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well organized and very cozy. The hosts were extremely helpful, cordial and showed impeccable care with every detail. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

The fee for bedding for the sofa bed is ridiculously expensive and, as a matter of policy, I found it irritating. However, the unit is extremely comfortable and well set up. It is perfect for a couple, just not for me traveling with my adolescent daughter.

The space is perfect, just as the photos show. We arrived and were greeted with the pool already heated, which was wonderful after hours of travel to relax and enjoy the space. The apartment is complete with all the necessary utensils for a complete stay. The showers provide a delicious bath with a relaxing water pressure. Everything was impeccable. We'll be there again in September! Thank you for giving us such a cozy stay.

Very cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment with a good location. I stayed 3 days for work and I didn't miss anything, on the contrary, it was a very quiet stay. The host was always very helpful and quick to respond, giving clear information from the time of booking to the time of check-in and check-out. The apartment accommodates 3 people (a couple and one more person/child) very well in two bedrooms. Águas Claras is a little far from Brasilia but it is an excellent alternative to the exorbitant prices of accommodation in the Plano Piloto. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay and, if I need to return to Brasilia, I would stay here again for sure.

I only have compliments about the stay and the sensitivity of Luciano and his team. The space is perfect, everything is very organized and clean, but I had a problem because the apartment upstairs was being renovated and the noise bothered me a lot. I got in touch and was quickly offered an Airbnb exchange, which happened without any hassle! I was very well received and welcomed in relation to my problem. When I return to Brasilia, I will definitely stay in one of Luciano's Airbnbs. Nothing but praise!!
