My stay was extremely quiet and nice. The accommodation is excellent, very well located, with easy access to local shops, including supermarkets and other essential services. The environment is well planned and comfortable, ideal for two people. The kitchen is organized and functional, the bedroom is well structured and cozy, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, demonstrating care for the hygiene and maintenance of the space. Throughout the stay, I had no problems. The place conveys a sense of security, comfort, and tranquility. Without a doubt, I intend to return in future opportunities. I strongly recommend this accommodation for the quality, location and excellent structure offered.

Very good, I think it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, Juliano's father greeted me and recommended places to go, super tidy room and everything clean! I recommend it.

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful, quiet and welcoming backyard. The area is great with lots to do, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Parque da Redenção, where the fair takes place on weekends. The host gave this suggestion and it was really worth checking out! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only a minimum unforeseen event on the day of departure, where she was without signal and out of the area, unable to respond to us quickly, but nothing that hindered our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Great stay. Roberto responds promptly in whats app. Cabin exactly like in the photos, msm having neighbors, had excellent acoustics and privacy. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Towels and bed linen available. There were dishes, glasses, and mugs that serve any need. Calm region, without much movement of cars,further away from the center, very close to the beach. We took our dogs (two goldens) and we had total peace of mind in relation to their presence, the space is not fenced so we kept them attached to long ropes when we stayed on the deck watching the sea so that they could run around the lawn patio but without risk of escaping or disturbing the other dogs of the priority. I highly recommend hosting!

Without a doubt, the best view of Porto Alegre I've ever had the pleasure of contemplating in an Airbnb! During the day, the city is simply stunning, and at night, it gains a charm and magic that impress, the clouds at our height. I hope that in all my future visits to POA, this apartment will be available, because now I only want to stay here! This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever used in the capital. The entrance is super accessible, including the garage, which made my stay much easier. The location is excellent, close to everything and strategically positioned halfway between the south and north zones, which makes it very easy to get to any point in the city. In addition, at check-out, I was able to stay a little longer to organize myself with peace of mind, a gesture that made all the difference and demonstrated exceptional attention. I highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, with a great location. Very clean place and perfect, cozy accommodations. A great market and Drogaria Panvel in the mall, with the ease of just going downstairs and enjoying, with some great restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone.
