Loft holiday rentals in Paraná River

My stay was extremely quiet and nice. The accommodation is excellent, very well located, with easy access to local shops, including supermarkets and other essential services. The environment is well planned and comfortable, ideal for two people. The kitchen is organized and functional, the bedroom is well structured and cozy, and the bathroom was impeccably clean, demonstrating care for the hygiene and maintenance of the space. Throughout the stay, I had no problems. The place conveys a sense of security, comfort, and tranquility. Without a doubt, I intend to return in future opportunities. I strongly recommend this accommodation for the quality, location and excellent structure offered.

Very good, I think it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, Juliano's father greeted me and recommended places to go, super tidy room and everything clean! I recommend it.

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful, quiet and welcoming backyard. The area is great with lots to do, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Parque da Redenção, where the fair takes place on weekends. The host gave this suggestion and it was really worth checking out! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only a minimum unforeseen event on the day of departure, where she was without signal and out of the area, unable to respond to us quickly, but nothing that hindered our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Great stay. Roberto responds promptly in whats app. Cabin exactly like in the photos, msm having neighbors, had excellent acoustics and privacy. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Towels and bed linen available. There were dishes, glasses, and mugs that serve any need. Calm region, without much movement of cars,further away from the center, very close to the beach. We took our dogs (two goldens) and we had total peace of mind in relation to their presence, the space is not fenced so we kept them attached to long ropes when we stayed on the deck watching the sea so that they could run around the lawn patio but without risk of escaping or disturbing the other dogs of the priority. I highly recommend hosting!

I was once again in the apartment of Marta and came back because it is very cozy. Super clean and smelling, I feel at home. The service is always impeccable, dear and attentive, and the kindness of being able to adapt my check-in. Another thing I found of a very dear sensibility, when I arrived the TV was on playing very nice songs. I'll come back every time I get the reservation.

Very nice apartment, with a great location. Very clean place and perfect, cozy accommodations. A great market and Drogaria Panvel in the mall, with the ease of just going downstairs and enjoying, with some great restaurants and cafes. I recommend it to everyone.

It was a great stay Communication with Marcio has always been very easy and efficient. The possibility of entering and leaving the building through facial access makes everything more practical and comfortable. The apartment is very well arranged, clean and with a great location.
