After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Warm and beautiful apartment, clean, located in a very strategic area close to everything. Smooth communication with the host, I only stayed one night because I had a flight the next day, but it's definitely a place I'd like to return to. Thank you very much!

EXCITING! The apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos of the listing: everything is new, impeccably clean, well distributed and functional. The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges. Very polite, proactive and efficient, she made all the difference in making our trip to Porto Alegre unforgettable. I can only thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back soon!

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, super safe, very helpful host, accessible and the environment with nice details, such as bathroom kits, labels with guidelines and full kitchen. The building does not have a garage, but the area has several nearby garages. For those who want to visit the capital for sightseeing, the region is excellent because it is surrounded by bars, restaurants and the like. Are you going to a show at Araujo Vianna? The location is ideal. Just want to enjoy Redenção? This is the perfect place!

We were very welcome by Juan, all impeccable and identical to the photos. Very clean and fragrant. Great stay for a couple. Fair price. Excellent location, close to costanera and some restaurants, it is possible to walk. Street parking was quiet!

We had a great experience during our 7 days in Foz do Iguaçu! The apartment is excellent — very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the photos. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main tourist attractions and shops. We want to highlight Marcia, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Always available to help us with any questions or needs. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

Sandra's apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. The building is excellent. Very good location and communication with Ruth very easy and pleasant. Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

Helpful staff, modern apartment, clean, very top, I missed a table on the balcony next to the barbecue so we didn't have to enter the apartment to cut the meat but it had all the utensils we needed, 10/10, I highly recommend it!!!

We went with my 3 children, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forgot to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I return to Foz, I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than you can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's amenities make it a stay that exceeds expectations, and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.

Excellent experience. I recommend 100% this accommodation for those who want to spend a few days in the capital of Paraguay since it has all the facilities, in addition to being safe and very well located. Self check-in is a highly valued advantage. I would wash it with great taste again.
