Our stay was great, Irineo and Katia welcomed us very well, whenever we needed them they helped us. The super clean house, the fragrant blankets and towels, that makes all the difference for sure! The only observation is in relation to the low flow and pressure of the showers, which we have already informed Irineo and he was to resolve. Otherwise, we just want to thank them for their kindness throughout the entire period, we definitely want to return! God bless you!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for 7 adults and very homey feel. Loved the art and the pool was a huge plus! Spent evenings playing cards in the outdoor kitchen. Lovely stay and Joseane was SO helpful with flexible check out and all kinds of local recommendations. Great location if you’re planning a trip to the falls.

The hosts are very attentive, they always respond quickly! My only suggestion is to have a frying pan and pressure cooker, it is quite necessary for those who will spend long periods.

the stay was excellent. the apartment has everything it offers in the pictures. next to a supermarket there are also pharmacies. the place is very quiet and easy to reach the central helmet.... the very attentive host!!!

I had an excellent hosting experience, clean, practical, beautiful and comfortable space. New building, organized and safe. It has a nice view of the plantations. Functional entry and exit system, has a covered garage and a cafe on the ground floor where I was very well attended. The host quickly answered my questions. I'll definitely stay back here.

Very good space, kitchenette and very complete. Wonderful location, with bars, restaurants, shops, nearby supermecated. In spite of the surrounding nightlife, there was no noise…A single mishap of information that occurred, it was solved. I requested a bowl and I was attended, when it got there, everything was very well tidy... including bed linen and pillow for my baby.

I spent 3 days in this space! The TV is a great quality Smart TV, the decoration with LED lights made the space harmonious and cozy, the bathroom had a perfectly adjustable electric shower! Everything is clean with the necessary utensils for a brief stay! Ana promptly assisted me when I needed it, as I left my cell phone inside the loft and forgot the password! I loved the lobby with social identification! I found it very practical! The location is the best of all, with restaurants nearby and with homemade food, Panvel pharmacies on the next block and the best Quebra Galho bakery with the best breads and risoles in the region! I say this because I have already lived in the Auxiliadora Neighborhood! The Auxiliadora Church also gives a charm to the neighborhood, with space to light candles and ask for good days in Porto Alegre! I highly recommend it!
