Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is very easy to reach by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Very spacious apartment with a lot of rooms, nice big balcony. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable, not to warm despite the temperature outside. The apartment is close to a few nice restaurants, the lakeside, a supermarket and gelatostore. It is also possible to cook yourself in the kitchen, there are enough utensils etc. We slept really well because the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were happy with the free parking spot in the garage. Decent pricing. We would definitely recommend.

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

It was so peaceful and beautiful, and the home itself was amazing! Mattia was so helpful and friendly, going truly above and beyond any expectations!

Wonderful location of the apartment with a view of Lake Maggiore and the forests, extremely pleasant and relaxing; simply "let your soul wander". Very nice co-host Mario; explained everything well (Italian/English). Small suggestion for improvement: The single beds (80 cm) could be a little wider. Exemplary waste separation system! The boxes are ready in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and recovered well! Tanzi grazie🙏.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

Christian was a superb host! He arranged a taxi from the train station to and from and welcomed us to the area. The view was AMAZING! We loved our stay there and would definitely go back.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!
