Apartment holiday rentals in Paradise Valley

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

My stay at this home was definitely 5 stars. The house: The house was really nice. it was secluded while not being hidden. it was easy to feel at home and it was beautiful. the beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed it. The location: The location is by a circle k, Sonic and other restaurants. very walkable, me and my friends constantly walked to the surrounding businesses to eat or get snacks. we did not see anyone suspicious or out of place walking around and felt safe. Bonuses: The house came with a lot of bonuses that other listings wouldn't provide. I had a dedicated parking space under a canopy, which was right outside of the house so we could keep an eye on our car. The pool, gym and clubhouse was also great if your crew enjoy and have time for such. The host: Angeleena and her team were very responsive when I asked a question and properly communicated with me. I would like to thank Angeleena for opening up the home to us.

Awesome place to stay with lots of shopping in the area. The complex has multiple pools/hot tubs that are amazing for hot summer days.

Great place to explore Scottsdale -- a quick walk to old Scottsdale to take in all the shopping and restaurants. The place was perfect --- large, bright and really clean with everything that we needed to make our stay just right. The pool was a great way to cool down after a long day of exploring. Joelle was a wonderful host -- check in was a breeze and the condo was perfectly stocked with coffee, tea and all the little essentials.

I stayed here for a business trip and although I wasn’t in the room much, I thought it was a great place. It was extremely clean — much cleaner than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, which I really appreciated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus during my stay. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions before I booked, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only thing I would mention is that it was a little hard to find the unit in the dark, since there are several identical-looking buildings and the parking lot, stairs, and walkway areas are not very well lit. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and perfect for our family. We liked the updated bathrooms and kitchen as well as the clubhouse and pool access. We would stay here again.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Apt was well stocked with necessities, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, and pods for the washing machine. Pool was great and the Starbucks coffee machine in the meeting room was a nice extra.

This studio was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was about a 6 or 7 minute drive from the convention center and restaurants. The train is also pretty close.

Quaint, unassuming, peaceful and comfortable space. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and appreciate how close we were to the university. This spot provided everything we needed to dine in, relax and engage in some very much needed rest and relaxation! Thank you to our hosts for providing a beautiful getaway and all the comforts of home.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

The apartment is cute, king bed comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, friendly neighbours and the grounds are well kept. The location within the complex is good along with the designated parking space. There are other available spots if you have a 2nd vehicle or visitors. We had a couple minor things that needed attending and it was taken care of the same day. Laundry facilities are just around the corner close to the pool. Please note there are stairs leading up to condo so would not work for anyone that has accessibility issues. We would stay again!

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Exactly as described! Easy to access Great location for groceries, snacks, dinner, etc.... The condo buildings are well-maintained. The pool area was chill! We had 4 adults. It accommodated us comfortably. Kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc were all in good repair and more than we needed for our stay. The back porch is AMAZING!!!!! (Apparently, it was mating season and the birds were very vocal!--we loved it) The fitness room (upstairs) was acceptable. It features a Smith machine with numerous plated weights, a universal machine, as well as DB's (5lbs-40lbs) and a flat bench. There is also a cardio bike and a treadmill in the other room. I was able to get a strong workout with the equipment provided! Keys, fobs, codes all worked as expected. Host was very responsive and friendly. We felt very happy with our decision to stay here. Would highly recommend, 10/10!

Great stay at Marta’s place in Scottsdale. She did a great job communicating before, during, and after. Always reaching out to see if I needed anything. Quiet setting and perfect getaway. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!
