Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Completely private detached one bedroom one bathroom in heart of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale area. Very private with private splash(shallow lounge) pool, it’s small but totally yours. Pickleball court acess to hiking trails. Granite and marble countertops, full kitchen. Large shared backyard with pickle-ball and basketball courts. Reviews say it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay w family. The house layout was great, furniture plentiful & comfortable, as were the beds! Communication w hosts timely & responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Appliances top notch. Decor delightful. Lighting was great, although the electric panels to control everything from blinds to tv, lighting etc. took some learning. Only caveat I would add is to question the need for 2 huge tvs in living area. I would not hesitate to recommend the house to friends & family. Would recommend to friends & family

OMG—can I live here please?! This is hands-down one of my favorite Airbnbs ever. The use of the space was absolutely perfect, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. My pups and I LOVED the backyard—it was gorgeous (serious casita goals). The location was amazing too; I spent so much time exploring Old Scottsdale. And the hosts were incredible—so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Truly a gem. I didn’t want to leave!

Second time I've stayed. The home, furnishing, landscaping and view are so very special. This time I noticed the birds who sang and gave an amazing show. So many varieties! Saw several hummingbirds which tickled me. Nancy and Lon are remarkable people who find great joy sharing their home. They give complete privacy. I would plan a trip to Phoenix just to enjoy this home and the remarkable view!

Kevin was a terrific host! He proactively communicated and made sure that someone was at the house when we arrived to show us around. We were celebrating a retirement with a close group of colleagues and this house was a great balance of space to be together and privacy for each of us with so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space was terrific, and proximity to hiking was also a highlight. This is a paradise valley gem and I’m so glad we chose it for this special occasion!
