Holiday rentals with a patio in Paquera

Maria was responsive and very helpful..great host!we enjoyed our stay.the place is gorgeous!feel safe and quite..private beach and it was beautiful..we love it!we saw howler like 20 in one tree..and a baby deer,macaws.highly recommend..thanks!

Super recomendado. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El apto tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa. Me gusto mucho la terraza, especialmente en las mañanas, muchas aves hermosas acompañan tu desayuno. Anfitrion muy atento y respuesta rapida. Nos encanto! ❤️

Fue nuestra primera vez en la zona y desde antes de reservarlo, Lorna fue muy atenta explicando y recomendando qué lugares visitar. En sitio te recibe Adonis quien en todo momento fue super atento, amigable y anuente a ayudarte en todo, desde dónde comer hasta cómo llegar a las playas y de paso enseñarte el lugar. Que dicho sea de paso es divino en medio de muchos árboles, sonido de pajaritos y visita de los monos aulladores. El apartamento está súper bien equipado, limpio, blanco y una luz natural hermosa. El pueblo tiene una vibra lindísima, la playa tiene muchas piedras pero ese es su encanto. La cereza en el pastel son Luna y Toby que te acompañan en las caminatas y la piscina entre una sombra muy apenas para relajarse en la tarde. Sin duda, volveremos 🫶🏼.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Santa Teresa. Superbe vue du Pacifique directement de la terrasse. Belle petite piscine. Excellentes commodités en général. Je recommande fortement si vous êtes dans la région! J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Volvería a ir, un lugar muy tranquilo el hospedaje maravilloso, muy limpio y bien equipado, faltó solo un microondas, pero la piscina y el entorno son excelentes las playas hermosas.

Excelente lugar, todo muy preciosos, playas únicas, el tour en kayak fue espectacular, la bioluminiscencia única en el mundo. Lo mejor los vecinos de Isla Cedros, Don Beto y sus atenciones, la comida del restaurante de Beto fue extraordinaria. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

We were very happy with our stay here! Galit and Dan were amazing hosts, responsive to any questions we had and provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. This is a beautiful place to spend your time in Costa Rica, and it is in a great location to explore Montezuma and other areas throughout the peninsula. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend booking here.

Sugerencia para inquilinos: de verdad el carro tiene que ser 4X4!! El lugar es hermoso, no sé los puedo explicar lo bello que es...pero la entrada y salida es sumamente difícil si no tienes 4X4, y si usas los transportes o "taxis" que hay acá en Santa Teresa acá los extranjeros te cobran hasta 16 000 colones ( 31.50$) por un viaje de 2 min ida y vuelta, en mi opinión muy caro el transporte jaja. Pero en general es un lugar hermoso! Definitivamente volveremos en verano para disfrutar más de la zona y la casa. Gracias Alvaro siempre por su amabilidad y atención, fue el mejor Host🙂‍↕️🥹 la verdad tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, vimos monos, disfrutamos la piscina, hasta tomar una ducha con el bosque a la vista fue renovador! Amamos!

Barbara and John were literally the kindest people in Costa Rica you could stay with. Our toddler, the biggest food critic of them all loved every food recommendation we received. He danced to the music in restaurants and was welcomed with love by locals. The home is so private, relaxing, beautifully decorated, everyone in our family felt at home here. We cooked in the kitchen and found it fully equipped and easy to cook for a group. We loved watching monkeys swaying on neighboring trees and birds singing each morning near the large deck. We slept so peacefully in their comfortable large beds every night and the space was quite large so our kiddo got to get his wiggles out. Their pool was the perfect temperature everyday and large enough you could do laps. John provided such a throughout and very legit surf lesson. Overall we LOVED this home and it was well worth the journey into this cool little surf town. - Christina

Mycket vackert boende beläget uppe på kullen, fortfarande på gångavstånd till stranden. Värdinnan var mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och såg till att vi hade en bra vistelse! Boendet städades dagligen vilket var ett stort plus. Tack för en trevlig vistelse, kan varmt rekommendera till andra gäster som planerar besöka Santa Teresa.

בית יפיפה, בשכונה סגורה ומטופחת. הבית מרווח מאוד, מעוצב ונעים, חדרי השינה והסלון גדולים ומרווחים, החצר נעימה עם בריכה ועץ מנגו ענק שמזמין סוגי ציפורים רבים וצבעוניים לבוא לאכול ממנו. המארחים מקסימים. מאוד מומלץ ומקווים לחזור בעתיד.

Linda casa muy equipada y limpia. Todo completo y en orden. Piscina limpia y bonita. Hermosa iluminación, y linda área para hacer un asado.

Amaya, was a great host she is always super helpful and resourceful. The place was beautiful and a great central location. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Santa Teresa!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía este fin de semana. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bonito, bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso, la playa a solo unos pasos y piscinas muy lindas para disfrutar y relajarse. Además, la atención de Carla fue excelente: muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡100% recomendado!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

Great host, super responsive and gave a nice list of all the places to eat around would definitely go back!

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

We stayed for two weeks, and had a great stay at this place! Very clean and comfortable. It's close to the pool and beach. There's a private beach access by the pool. Everything we needed was in the condo. There is security at the entances. Orlando was very responsive. He even had the condo cleaned for us halfway through our stay. We will stay here again when visiting Costa Rica.
