Das Haus liegt 100m von einem See und Spielplatz entfernt. In dem Einfamilienhaus befindet sich ein sanierter Ziegenstall mit separatem Eingang, wo ihr unterkommen würdet. Es ist ein Raum mit Küche , Essgelegenheit und halbhohem Bett . Mit dem Rad benötigt man 15 bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10min bis zum Supermarkt. Zur Ostsee/Fähre nach Dänemark sind es nur 20min und zur Autobahn 10min. Gerne könnt ihr unser SUP nutzen . Auch eine kleine Sitzecke im Garten steht euch zur Verfügung

The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

cosy and quiet flat

I booked the flat in a part of Rostock with which I am familiar. Quiet, beautiful, peaceful, 3 nice pubs/bars close by. handy for the city centre and the trams. Flat one of my favourites of the several I have used . Nice size with sofa, table, well-equipped kitchen. Bed was v comfortable. Places to store your stuff. Balcony - not overlooked at all (trees get in the way!). And the bathroom was, well, just brilliant. I would think a couple could stay there very easily. Host really helpful, quick to reply, access to the flat was nice and easy. I used the heating one day and it worked well. Used the oven and hob, again fine. Not sure what else I can say. I would definitely recommend the flat and if I returned to Roatock would enquire about its availability. Thank you Lisa for making my stay so special 😊

The apartment is great, right at the train station, which is great if you spend a day at the beach in Warnemünde. The WiFi is good, Viko worked wonderfully. Gunnar is an excellent host who has quick solutions ready. Absolutely recommend

very nice and quiet place to stay with a beautiful garden. The place was clean and flooded with light. In autumn/winter, you should not arrive too late, as the stove is the only heat source and it takes time to warm the cottage. The host is very friendly and helpful.

I had a really good time there. The small apartment is very quiet and you have everything you need. Above all, the communication with Manuela was great - she is easy to reach and flexible and gave me great tips for Rostock. Thanks for the nice time there, I'd love to come back. :)

The apartment was extremely clean and very well appointed. There was everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Even for bad weather, provisions were made (game collection, books, game console, Alexa). The towels and bed linen were soft and fragrant, as if fresh from the dryer. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. It is very important to them that the guests feel comfortable. The apartment is quiet and yet centrally located. Shopping and attractions are about 10 minutes away by car. Beautiful well-kept garden for shared use available. (Dining table with chairs, sun loungers, a slide with sandpit for smaller guests) We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
