I travel a lot, but this apartment and the host truly impressed me. Giancarlo personally picked me up from the train station, carried my suitcase, and walked me to the apartment. I was amazed by the quality of the place—its design, coziness, and overall atmosphere. I almost didn’t want to leave! The area is also great—close to the train station, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was easy for checkin and place is clean and had beautiful 12 foot ceilings giving a sense of space and airiness! The location is amazing! Right in the centre of the town square steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants. The most beautiful beach only 5 min walk away. As well, the main train line is a 5 minute walk. The host provided excellent recommendations. We will definitely visit Nettuno again! Fantastic

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

Very stylish apartment. Located 3 minutes from the sea. 35 minutes from the airport. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive ,responsible and helps with all questions related to the holiday. Definitely recommend !

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

We couldn't ask for more! The accommodation was simply fantastic: a portion of a beachfront villa, cared for with simplicity, very clean and super-equipped. Absolute merit note to the dehors: a priceless space immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Giorgia was very helpful and very flexible, making everything even more enjoyable. A real surprise... and a certainty for the future: we will definitely be back!

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast.
