I loved this location! It was on the water and the sound of the waves on the rocks below was like magic. If you need a place to get away and relax this is it. There is a mini mart upstairs too with available conveniences. All of the attendants at the mini mart are also very friendly and helpful . The outdoor restaurant was also great, we got food there and togo and both times spectacular. Bartenders friendly and attentive, food very tasty. Location exactly as described, perfect for myself and my husband. Thank you!

Great little place to stay, clean, quite comfortable and peaceful. So many restaurants within just a few miles. Great local vibe. Jose was a very helpful and kind host. Would highly recommend his Place and this area of Puerto Rico

Beautiful place to stay down there at Palmas.

This space is one of a kind, especially in such a stunning part of the island. Everything was extremely clean and organized, check in was easy at the gate, and the roof top patio quickly became home. We are already planning our next stay. We ran into one small issue which was not the hosts fault but they were very quick to get us information and communicate. 100% will stay here again!

Everything is very nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable with very cold air conditioning! I had a great time.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

Bels place is absolutely beautiful. Very responsive host. It is a little far from San Juan area about hour away. Swimmable beach is not close to home. However if you’re looking to get away to a quiet place Bels is the place to be. She had mangos 🥭 and drinks right at table when I walked in. Rooster 🐓 was my daily alarm 🚨 lol, definitely an experience for me I’ve had never visited this part of island it was definitely breathtaking.

It is an excellent beach house, where both you and your children can have an amazing time. Everything was impeccably clean, well cared for, and with a very welcoming energy that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The location is perfect: the beach is just 2 to 3 minutes away on foot, and everything you need is very close. It is a quiet, beautiful and peaceful place. The house was comfortable, well equipped and with a charming style that really invites you to relax. Vanessa was an exceptional host. Very kind, attentive and always ready to answer any questions quickly. His dedication to making everything perfect was evident. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I loved everything: the house, the surroundings, the service... I give it a 10 out of 10 and I definitely hope to return soon to stay in that beautiful home. 💯

I ask my wife where she want to stay for a few day on our vacation. she did not hesitate and said to me .The beach house in Maunabo because we been here before. This place is amazing. we'll maintain, very clean, peaceful, the sound of the wave makes go to sleep and relax. it literally makes you forget everything. The comunicacion I had with Ashley is what you look for a Host . she took seconds to reply. not minutes not hours but seconds . she was informative, she was kind and very polite. she went beyond any other Host .her team made it possible for me to checking early. even if stayed a short time .it was well worth it. Thank you both for all the details and excellent communication. we'll done. The golden kitty is so lovely and lovable. and 2 furry friends at beach. I love it . they walk with us at beach like they belong to us . I wish I could take them..

This accommodation is one of the Best places we've been , the house is very beautiful and very clean , it has everything What you need , the hosts are so friendly and at check-in time they let us check in early, they answered my messages very quickly , they were very aware of us I felt very safe in their home and really it is a wonderful place, we didn't want to leave !!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house and for receiving my children in your house I recommend them 100% fulll Grateful

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as seen in the pictures. Clean with modern decor. It was just me and my husband so we were extremely comfortable both in and outside the home. We always felt safe. The beautiful landscape, trees, and vines were lovely to admire as we sat in the outside covered area and enjoyed looking at the beach. You do hear the music from cars passing occasionally (mostly on the weekend), but that didn't bother us. I only mention bc I know that may be important for some. We know it's the culture and part of the PR experience. If you are looking to fish, the beach is very shallow for about 1000 feet. You have to go way out to cast a line and get into the deeper waters. There is also a lot of coral reefs out in the deeper area, so beware of snags. It may be a good area to snorkel though. Despite the challenges, we did catch a nice 16 inch yellow tail snapper. That was fun! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Great condo. The view and rooftop were our favorite features. The location is very close to the ceiba ferry. Owner was responsive and helpful. A/C is great. I have no complaints of the condo.

We were delighted with our experience this weekend. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, cozy and with an excellent location. We will definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

Edwin and his place were incredible! Not only was the space beautiful, but the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Edwin was incredibly responsive and helpful with our stay. We greatly enjoyed our time on the island and would recommend this spot to anyone (our group of 6 fit perfectly)!

We enjoyed Danielle’s place. The house has plenty of room and the rooftop patio is great outdoor space. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs and toys available for our use which made trips to the beach so easy and fun. Palmas Del Mar is nice and we felt very safe while we were there.
