I ask my wife where she want to stay for a few day on our vacation. she did not hesitate and said to me .The beach house in Maunabo because we been here before. This place is amazing. we'll maintain, very clean, peaceful, the sound of the wave makes go to sleep and relax. it literally makes you forget everything. The comunicacion I had with Ashley is what you look for a Host . she took seconds to reply. not minutes not hours but seconds . she was informative, she was kind and very polite. she went beyond any other Host .her team made it possible for me to checking early. even if stayed a short time .it was well worth it. Thank you both for all the details and excellent communication. we'll done. The golden kitty is so lovely and lovable. and 2 furry friends at beach. I love it . they walk with us at beach like they belong to us . I wish I could take them..

Giselle’s place was beautiful! We had plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and its proximity to the pool made it convenient. The kitchen has beautiful counters and backsplash and was well equipment with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment looks updated with tasteful decor. As a host Gisselle was proactive in providing detailed instructions to ensure check in/out was smooth. The complex has controlled access and a security guard(s) that made us feel safe.

Upon arriving at the place, the guard who received us was very kind and very friendly, and from there I knew that everything would be fine. And indeed, the accommodation, the view, the amenities and the communication with Kathie, everything was very good. I had a nice Mother's Day. Thank you, Kathie, for sharing your space.

Beautiful home! We had a great time soaking in the sunshine lounging by the pool and on the balconies. The living room and TV spaces were comfortable and there was a fun surprise basket of toys for our toddler to explore! There’s a great trail for walking or running through the neighborhood which we loved as well. Great spot!

This is the second time, I stayed in Dan’s place’. Incredible place to stay is peaceful, private and the beach is a few steps away. Not a luxurious abode but has everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. Very good restaurants near by and even walking distance. I recommend the place 100%.

What an amazing view from the balconies! The apartment is at the top of a hill and overlooks a beautiful part of the ocean. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the ACs worked nicely to keep the entire apartment cool. The area was very quiet minus the roosters, dogs, and coquis, but that's all part of the beauty of Puerto Rico! I came in early June and the beaches were windy and the water not too inviting. I'm not sure what others times of the year would look like. You'll definitely need a car to stay here! There's a nice grocery store within 3 minutes of the apartment and other restaurants not too far away. It's definitely not a walkable area as the streets are narrow. Again, having a car is key here. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place with incredible views and amenities, this is the place!

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and recharge. We’ll definitely be back!

I can begin by saying this place was clean, big and very peaceful! It was the perfect place to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary with our kids and grand baby. It’s was very comfortable for a Family of 7 plus a toddler. They pretty much stocked that entire home with every thing you might need, especially the kitchen. Private beach was perfect and pool was great. My so. Loved playing his vacation playlist on your Sonos system around the property! Last thing, Hector was amazingly helpful, went beyond his duties to make sure our stay was perfect, and always answered our calls, or texts. After renting so many homes this was the first time we had a Maintence person available to us and treated us like we were friends for a long time! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything, we will be back and you will be recommended! Until next time!

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

I am extremely grateful for Marissa’s hospitality and look forward to repeating my stay in the near future.

Three of us visited from Texas. We wanted something away from San Juan and closer to our family in Guayama. Be aware if you are not used to driving in PR, this place may not be for you. You must drive over windy roads in the mountains. As far as the condo, my only complaint is having to wait on the gentlemen at the gate to be present to open it. Thankfully, it only happened once, and just for a few minutes. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place and location if you like peace and quiet. It is located high on a hill so the view is impressive. We took advantage of the elevation to walk up and down the hills. The beach is not suitable for swimming as it is very rough water but the nature reserve is a nice place to walk. The condo does have a great pool. The nearby restaurants are great. The grocery store, Mi Gente, is close by if you are note wanting to eat out every day. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. I would highly recommend. It is a perfect place to relax.

“Isle Be Back” was perfect for our family! We loved the proximity to the water, a bathroom for every room & beautiful character throughout the villa! Starter paper/cleaning supplies were included; so helpful.Loved the furnishings and decor! AC,fans and tvs worked well! Numerous kitchen gadgets and fully stocked kitchen.Washer and dryer access was fantastic! Beach chairs, small cooler, umbrella, towels were available.Unit is not far from many restaurants, stores in and around the community, but a car is necessary to truly appreciate the surroundings. Upon arrival we had some trouble finding the unit due gps limitations and were a bit concerned when we saw “demolition in progress“ signage posted on all the walls/stairwells leading to the unit. Cresent Cove is undergoing repairs throughout the buildings and appeared to be very empty with few vehicles and guests(5/2025).Once entering the unit, all was well!We loved and felt so at home here! This condo was PERFECT for our family! It was just our 4 person family that stayed here and it was our kids first vacation not having to share a room which was perfect! You can walk or drive down to the beach. We opted to drive so we didn't have to carry our items across the parking lot. There is an outdoor shower right inside which was great to rinse off before heading back to the condo. You are close to the pool. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator and messaged Marley. She was VERY responsive and actually got us a whole new fridge! It wasn't a big issue for us because we did eat out most of the time but it was nice to have a cold fridge for water. The condo is close to restaurants which was very cool and about 15 minutes away from grocery stores. It's hard to explain but the condo is centurally located to a lot of things but still peaceful. I highly recommend for families! It was our first time visiting PR and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

I loved this location! It was on the water and the sound of the waves on the rocks below was like magic. If you need a place to get away and relax this is it. There is a mini mart upstairs too with available conveniences. All of the attendants at the mini mart are also very friendly and helpful . The outdoor restaurant was also great, we got food there and togo and both times spectacular. Bartenders friendly and attentive, food very tasty. Location exactly as described, perfect for myself and my husband. Thank you!

Second visit to this incredible property and, again, perfect in every way. Safe, secluded neighborhood on an absolutely beautiful beach. The front porch is the highlight - sunrise over the ocean, shady and cool breezes in the afternoon. The house is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. It's also so well supplied that it feels like our own home - little things like extra trash bags, paper towels, spices, first aid kit make traveling effortless. I can only hope that future guests will treat this family vacation home with love and respect so we can continue to visit.

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available. Clean & organized. Beautiful views. Very safe. Many places to dine within Palmas. Host was very responsive & helpful even when I left my AirPod behind! She was able to mail it back to me. I would rate 20/10. Thank you!

We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

We loved out stay at Rafi’s place. Came here to celebrate my brother getting married and we had a blast. The place was in immaculate condition and there was a lot of things to do within a 30 minute drive from the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet stay away from the main city.

The house is nicely located on a quiet street and a short walk to a great beach and wonderful restaurants on the Melecon. We spent most our time up on the rooftop deck having coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunsets at night. We would definitely stay again!
