Holiday rentals with beach access in Palm Valley

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

We loved all the charm and how handy it was to the beach and fun restaurants. It was close to downtown St. Augustine and all the fun things to do there. It was a perfect get away for us .

Loved the place! Cozy, clean and convenient! Loved being able to bring my dog with me - my dog loved it! If we travel to St Augustine again we will happily stay there again

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

We have stayed in a couple of their properties now and loved them both. This one is 1 block from the beach at Surfside Park. Beautiful beach! But also just minutes away by car from historic downtown as well. The apartment was very nice and well maintained. It had great views as well. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of the amenities. Kali, Dru, & Raman are awesome hosts and we highly recommend.

Angela’s Airbnb property here is quite amazing. A group of us 6 were here to celebrate a dear friend’s wedding and the space was absolutely perfect for us. Had all the amenities needed and was close to stores/restaurants and most importantly close to the beach (10 min walk). The property has quite the charm and frankly I think it looks even better in person than the pictures (though the pictures are great too). I really appreciated Angela’s patience, understanding and communication throughout the trip. Thank you!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

This listing was perfect! The location could not have been better! There was a park across the street and the beach was a very short walk away. There were a ton of stores and restaurants in close proximity. We booked this trip for my appointments at Mayo Clinic, which was only about 10 minutes away. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed! We were able to cook full meals opposed to eating out every night. We also loved how we could wash our clothes and didn’t have to bring loads of dirty laundry home. They also had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the beach including a wagon, chairs and toys. Last but most important, the owners were fantastic! They were so responsive and make the whole process a breeze! We will most definitely be back!

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Zac’s. We came in on Memorial Day and we’re very pleased with the location and the amount of privacy the home offers. The area is close to the beach, restaurants and stores but still offers tranquil surroundings to rest. The home was very clean and clutter free. The air conditioning worked excellent and was very quiet when operating. Home had an air purifier running which was an added plus. The home smelled nice no signs of leaks or musty smells. We come to town for the Mayo Clinic. Finding this home that is quiet convenient, extra clean and less than 10 minutes to the Mayo was a blessing. We will definitely stay at Zac’s again!

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at Laura's adorable home! It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, she supplied EVERYTHING, and was extremely easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay here again, the next time we are in Jacksonville! Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay!

The view was amazing and the condo was just as described and was very clean.

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

The hostess is fantastic, communicates well and quickly. The condo is beautiful and in a prime location for peace and relaxation. The condo is within a few minutes drive to downtown with great eateries and shops. The condo is very clean and tidy. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!!

We had a wonderful stay! This was actually our second time visiting this rental because we loved it so much the first time. Beautiful views, wonderful location, and the hosts are great communicators. The only recommendation I had was to get a new grill because the one there is very weathered and we could hardly cook our food on it because most of the burners weren’t working. This can happen to anything outside in the elements by the ocean though, so I would absolutely return again. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

What’s great place. Location views and comfort. Also the touches they did with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys. Beach towels eveything you need in a kitchen but some welcome extras.
