Apartment holiday rentals in Palm Valley

Pictures do not due this apartment justice, it is significantly bigger than what is advertised. Very easy to find and in a good neighborhood. Josh was very responsive and even had the TV logged into streaming sites for guests to use. Overall the apartment was very nice and made for a relaxing trip.

Nicole's place is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony. Beautiful view, and you're only steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning. Nicole made sure my stay was perfect and checked in to make sure everything was okay. ☺️

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

My sister and I loved the place.Beautiful and peaceful,loved the pool was never too busy to swim.The bed and the pull out bed was so comfortable.I love Jacksonville and this place was amazing!!!

I absolutely loved Ciara’s home I wish I could take this Airbnb everywhere I went!!!! I’ll always book her home if it’s available when I return to Jacksonville. It was perfect it reminded me of home ! Very clean ! Very cozy ! Ciara made sure there were plenty of clean towels and linen and I was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked ! What a wonderful stay !!!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d rate Ciara’s place a perfect 20 . It’s a must !!!!

My partner and I had such a beautiful stay. Everything was so clean & it was such a peaceful and well decorated apartment. Beautifully organized and had everything we needed. We were so comfortable and at home here & will definitely stay here again in the future. It was in such a perfect location, very peaceful and quiet when we wanted to stay in & a short drive to any place we wanted/needed to go. Jacolby was so attentive and made sure to check in and make himself available should we need anything at all. Little treats upon our arrival made us feel so welcome and set us up for a great vacation.

Such a gem of a place!! As a solo female traveler, I felt the space was exactly as described and the surrounding neighborhood was safe to walk my dog to the beach and through the neighborhood. Konti and the team responded to each one of my inquiries promptly and professionally. Such a great experience and stay overall. The place was exactly what I was hoping for!

Julia was absolutely so sweet and cheerful. She made me and my fiancé feel at home and so welcomed. The place was absolutely so lovely and so close to the beach. If we are ever back in that area we will definitely be contacting Julia again!

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

I had a very nice stay at the Peach studio. It was just like the photos. Comfortable bed, too. The location was extremely convenient, easy to access everything in St. Augustine. The studio was clean and had everything I needed, and I hope to stay there again on my next visit. Brandon was very helpful and nice.

Coco's place was cute and clean walking distance to everything, we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

Had a wonderful stay! Zac was very helpful and responds quickly when we had questions!

Our stay was great! It was like staying at a mini resort. There were great amenities at the complex, great location near downtown and beaches, the little touches and thoughtfulness in the apartment was so nice too! Phillip was very responsive about a small issue. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We so liked this rental that I wished we had more time to enjoy it and use some of the accommodations it came with. The decorations and furnishings make you feel like you’re at home. They also were quick to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

This place was exactly what we needed! Steve was so responsive and helpful. He even let us stay a little longer so the kids could enjoy the pool more before we left. The kitchen had everything we could need. There were also plenty of extra linens and pillows which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and we felt extra secure with the neighborhood being accessible through a guarded security gate. There are lots of great food options around. 10/10 would recommend.

We needed a last minute place to stay for an unexpected trip, and came across this place. Great location, not far from amenities. Not much farther to the beach. Place was clean and had all we needed, made for a convenient stay. Pool area was beautiful!

This is THE PLACE for families. Tons of families with kids we're staying at this condo association, so our children easily found playmates. There's food trucks that come on site during the day and a large field between the pool and the condo buildings where kids congregate after dinner to play games, watch movies, and play music. The pool, field, and playground are all viewable from the balcony. Easy boardwalk to the beach. The condo was perfect for a beach stay- large covered balcony, and master bed was very comfortable.

We had the best stay! This was a week-long family vacation (2 adults and 5 kids) at the end of May into the first week of June. The condo is very comfortable. The layout was great for us with a spacious kitchen/living area, two kids’ bedrooms (one of our girls used one of the trundles) with a bathroom nearby, and a suite for my husband and me. The suite also has a huge closet. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll across a fairly quiet street, and adorable downtown Fernandina Beach was a quick drive away (5ish minutes). Surroundings were very peaceful with the state park in the backyard. It is a clean, quiet complex overall. We loved the pool and the views from the balcony! The condo was well stocked, but if you have little ones, you might want to bring non-breakable plates and cups. Patty was a great host and quickly answered questions. We very much appreciated being able to have this space as our home away from home! Amelia Island is such a special place and we hope to return!
