Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. We offer a comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a living room and terrace with a garden view, just a few steps from the seaside (300 m). The apartment is located in a family house on the 1st floor. The spacious and comfortable apartment can accommodate 4-6 persons. Free Wifi, AC, and safe parking in the yard are included. You can easily reach the city of Rab in 10 min walk and the city beach is just 300 m away. A famous sea bike and hike trail is passing close to the house.

The old town is about 7 minutes walk away from the house, and the nearest beach is about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Feel free to ask us about anything you are interested in, we will be more that happy to respond. We can also provide you with our own homemade olive oil, and vegetables straight from our garden.

The apartment is just in front of the sea. It is at the first floor with a big terrace of 70 m² with a nice view on the sea. 10 minutes away from the city center on foot and in the middle of every commodities (supermarket, restaurants, marina...). The apartment is equipped with fibre optics. Teleworking is possible.

We are renting a studio apartment in the heart of old town Rab, surrounded by medieval walls and four bell towers that represents the island. There is a beach near the house, viewpoint on the town with the beautiful park and many historical sights worth seeing.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
